In my mind there is way too much hype already for this album to tank. If you add to that the radio friendly songs we have heard already (Better, The Blues), aswell as more songs to come, then its hard to see the album fail outright. I think moderate success would be a real pitty for this album and in my view say alot of negative things about the current day music listeners. I personally predict that the album will become a genuine commercial success and achieve relatively high sales. Unfortunately I cant see the teenagers of today really being blown away by this album, not because it isn't brilliant but simply because I think things have just moved on.

Naturally I hope this album blows a fucking hole in to the music world and this version of Guns can achieve world domination

Baically everyone I know gets a constant update of all the rumours and progress/lack of progress on this album. And I can confidently say that they are all sick of hearing about it and I get the feeling that many of them plan on disowning me in the near future. Of course...... if the album emerges next week I will personally urinate on their carcases.

Hi everyone, I am from South Africa, I have been checking every tuesday to see if the album has been released for the last few months. But the question I have asked myself is, when will I (being South African) be able to get my hands on the album. How does it work nowdays? will Europe get it first, then USA, then Asia? how does the whole release process work? Im presuming that they can't afford to let the dates be too stagnated as people would just download the album. Pls say that I won't have to wait a fucking month to get the album after its release. Cause if thats the case then I too will also be a Downloading Motherfucker.

I am new on here and it amazes me as to the length that people are willing to go to, in order to try and understand what is happening with this album. I like all of you have been waiting for this album for years and will be fucking delighted when it arrives. But I have another twist on this: Perhaps there hasn't been any "major" problems, and perhaps Axl always intended to release the album at this late stage. It would kind of make all this speculation look a bit ridicolous. Perhaps the album has obtained all the marketing it needs from word of mouth and speculation. I mean everyone who knows me knows about this album because of me, that word of mouth advertising is priceless.
