  1. We were attacked on 9/11 as most people on this planet know. That day changed American foreign policy forver (for the better btw). Instead of staying out of everyone's business while countries in closer proximity allow radical islam to grow and train, we have adopted the doctrine of "bring the war to them". As an American, I appreciate the hell out of having a president with the nuts to say "this shit ain't gonna happen on my watch again". We have been over 4 years without an attack on American soil. Youknow why? Because of the decision Bush as made from going to war in Iraq which centralized the terrorist front, to eavedropping on suspected terrorists. Stop and thinkj how remarkable it is that for 4 years we have been whipping up on terrorist over seas and they have not been able to retailiate even once. That's not to say that there will never be another attack on American soil, but the fact that Bush liberated 50 million Muslims and has to date prevented a repeat of 9/11 is prbably going to look good in the history books in say 50-60 years.

Hating Bush is moronic. You can dislike the fact that things aren'ty going well in Iraq, hell we all do. But we went into Iraq on internationally shared intelligence that had the over whelming majority of other countries agreeing that Iraq had WMD. France and Russia fagged out in the Security Council because of their involvement in the illegal food for oil scandals.

Some of you need to clear the Bush hatred away and look at the facts.

Ok that's great. Now let's return to the real world Dorothy.

Here are 10 facts of reality.

    1. America was attacked on 9/11 of 2001, Check!

    2. The terror organization Al Qaida where responsible for that attack, Check!

    3. Iraq had no relations to Al qaida, Check!

    4. Before the 9/11 attacks Bush, Rumsfeld etc already had a plan to go into Iraq. So the war against iraq cannot have anything to do with terrorism, Check!

    5. Saddam Hussein is a piece of shit who got into power with the help from the US government in the 80's, Check!

    6. Blitz from the UN as well as the Pentagon said there where no WMDs in Iraq, Check!

    7. Al Qaida leader Usama bin Laden is still not caught but Saddam is and has been sentenced to death, Check!

    8. After US forces, and it's allies, went into Iraq Al Qaida spread to that place aswell, Check!

    9. Almost 3000 american soldiers has died in the war so far and around 10-12000 has been injured, Check!

    10. It's all a big succes. Bush is a great leader who illegally spies on his own people and gave himself the right to arrest people, throw them in jail forever on no grounds, start wars without the congress consent thus taking away thoes pesky amendments and shredded the constitution to pieces and when anyone complains you just bring up the Bin Laden boogyman to why Bush needs this "right". Go back to bed America. Everything is fine, eeh... Check?

  2. I think Axel is a republican. But as I look through these pro Bush, anti Bush stuff I must say that Matt must be one un-educated person. Where the heck do you get your "information"? Fox News and Wikipedia? The Iraq war is a failure from top to bottom. First they went in to find stockpiles of WMD:s, that where not found and they claimed there where a Saddam/Al qaida link but there was none. Then they said the insurgency would only last no longer the 6 months, "I doubt 6 months" as Rumsfeld told the US troops right to there faces. Now they are saying that iraq is going through some "birth pains", and that Iraq will be a "comma in the history pages". And the insurgency might now take a decade or more to defeat. Rumsfeld has been sacked, and now Bush is talking about Syrian/Iran disscusions due to the Baker groups strategy report that just came out. Please Matt tell me. Where in the hell was this thing done right? It was right cause they went away with Saddam? I thought that Bin Laden would be more important to the american government as HE was the one responsible for 9/11. And Why don't the US go after North Korea who also has an insane leader AND actual WMD:s (instead of imaginary ones) and already tested them? Do not give us this crap about "Saddam was an evil person". The Us loved to back him up. Just as much as they loved backing Al qaida up when they where at war against the russians in the 80's. Just watch the 80's propaganda in the Rambo 3 movie and mabey you'll understand American foreign politics. I mean after all. You belive Fox and Wikipedia don't you? Oh and by the way. I do not support the democrats or republicans. The last election between Kerry and Bush was like voting between two pieces of shit, the only difference was the smell.
