It's a beautiful album, with so many Bucket stand-out songs on it. Padmasana is clearly something special, I've listened to it for years and it still acts a meditation tool..10 minutes of just tranquility.

Good news for you guys is Buckets just released a new album which is very much in the same vein and style of Elec' A Real Diamond in the rough provides all of those relaxing moments, it's real chilled out. (Check my sig)

only 5 tracks in, and I'm very much impressed, Em's just as twisted and scary, but funny and innovative. My Mom is a new favourite. "Insane" was especially disturbing..

Each to his own and that...no, i can't get with you on that train, nope, not me...The Beatles are like...beyond genius, they're something beautiful...like a fucking element or something, something eternal (flair for the dramatic you say? )

And The Stones, as much as, for some reason i always end up on this forum not exactly slagging them off but taking the other side as it were, i still think they are amazing. More than amazing, i think they're....i dunno, there really are no words man, force of nature or something.

I feel exactly the same in regard to both of these bands, especially The Beatles, as you so fruitfully worded. They were so much more than just a talented bunch of guys who happened to burst onto the scene at just the righ time, there was something.. almost spiritual going on in that studio when they made records, especially John. He tried to express the one and only important factor in life and try to expand on it; love.

Whilst people rightfully appreciate what both bands have done for music, that very rarely even enters my line of thought when chilling to The White album or whatever, the quality of the music itself is just beyond brilliance.

now, first of all, let me start by saying that i appreciate the contributions that both bands have made to Rock N Roll, and music in general. But the actual music, in my opinion, is not very good, considering they are thought of as gods.

Lead singer sounds a bit like Kermit the Frog at times Have you heard him tackle Them Bones? Those oppening eek's are TBH I will probably buy, and I think although his voice is something to get used to it is still likeable and without a doubt a talented individual - I like him but I won't be expeting another..Would?

I felt sure Rihanna was the flavour of the month, a passing fad when she first appeared (Couldn't say that now huh) I find her songs stupid and uninspired. Lily's alright, but no major difference..Lily recieves my vote for one or two radio hits I like.
