  1. Honestly, I get really crazy when we know that the shows are picking up dust and what GNR does is release a ridiculous album! Oh, fuck you ... honestly.

Why so much incompetence? Holy shit man, this is not possible. How far does the consideration for fans and love for music go?

What's the real problem with wanting to forget about the UYI era and recorded shows? Ashamed of yourself? Not wanting people to see you as you were before? Is it some trauma? There must be reasons why all this is maintained and nothing seems to want to get them out of there!

I think Axl has trauma and remembers very bad times and he doesn't want to "live" it again. It seems to be a trauma and he just wants to get away from it all.

What is your "theory"? Mine is basically this!
But speaking of the UYI Box set, I would love to see all the 1991 shows (without exception, the best part of the tour was with izzy for me), some demos, remastering the two albums, backstage scenes (including footage from RJ and Marc Canter if possible) and that's it.

Some shows I'm crazy to see in proshot:

    Toledo
    Saratoga Springs
    Philadelphia
    Nassau Coliseum
    Hampton Coliseum
    Charlotte Coliseum
    Greensboro Coliseum
    Dallas (2 nights)
    Denver
    Mountain View (2 nights)
    Arco Sacramento
    Inglewood

  2. There are many points why this has not been released until today. And, as they have already said, these things would not make a profit today. But, what else do they need?

They all have their retirement guaranteed, what is the problem in pleasing the fans with these materials? Either way, there are many questions and no answers.

Glad to see this raised again.

Almost certain that if there is a vault, all of the shows from NITL are in it now!

Maybe some sort of behind the scenes stuff from the first troubadour show? Who knows!

Oh yes, I remember reading somewhere. With the return of Slash and Duff at this meeting, will it be possible to launch any concert tour?

So many questions my guess is Axl owns the vault. Songs made after the band dissolved by him are his. Songs before are tied into the partnership.

As far as why not strip others contributions, that would be disrespectful and wrong possibly.

I mean why should he disrespect these guys who worked so long on songs? Many left the band under good terms. You have to understand many of these guys stuck by his side for years. If there's one thing I know about Axl it's his sense of loyalty. He's just not going to randomly backstab people for no reason but some fans want him to.

Again I still feel he has music that can be worked on with Slash and Duff included as he himself has said he's shown them some music they like and may record on.

I think he will release a bit of it all with various contributions including Slash and Duff. It may be done separately or together time will tell.

I agree, but at the same time, would it be so difficult for Axl to work on this to start launching UYI, I mean, throw ALL CONCERTS on the ride?

Does Axl have no interest in this kind of stuff at least, do you think of the fans who have supported you for all these years?

  5. Hey, everyone!
Raising the subject, come on! Do you believe or expect the UYI concerts to be released?

I really wanted to know why they are in the safe until today. Axl thinks this is not so important to fans or he wants to forget everything that happened at that time and get a new image?

Axl, please release the UYI concerts! Think of us, of all those who have been supported by all these years, who admire your work.

  6. I do not think Axl cares about recordings. Very well, a person / team has worked on recordings, so do not risk losing them. As I have seen, there are many problems and intrigues among them, I believe that they must have "bad memories" and with these causes they do not worry about releasing them.

  7. Heey, Gunners! Well, I do not know if this subject is in the correct area of the forum. Moderators, excuse me and please, you can move to the right place.

I have always enjoyed this phase of the band, especially 1991. And for many years I had a hope to see them show back, after all a hope is the last one that dies, kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk!

Would anyone know how to respond to who owns the tour concerts?
Is there a possibility of being sold / marketed?
Why have not they been marketed to this day and why did I realize it, nor should it be seen by anyone?

    Thanks :)
