This album adds some much needed diversity to the mainstream hip-hop genre. Its nice to finally listen to someone rap with some talent and real writing capabilities. How did you pass on the song hello/goodbye though? that song came out of nowhere and is great! The only problem I have with the album, in this day in age you automatically associate rap with guns,bling,cars, and chicks that when you hear other topics being rapped about it comes out a little foreign sounding. Nothing wrong with that, its just I'm so used to getting pumped up or feeling bad-ass after listening to some rap, and to instead be getting a positive messaged preached to me or even feel that some of the lyrics sound...dare I say..dorky is hard to handle at times. I guess thats why they say he isn't "popping on the streets" though.

best track - dumb it down

I guess I need to bust out my stadium arcadium again. When I put it away, I was left with the feeling, they should have narrowed the material down to one album, and there weren't too many standout songs. You guys praise it so highly though, so I will give it another chance, by all means it wasn't bad...just tad on the dissapointing side.

I love libertad, so I have no complaints with anything on that album, I also think there is some damn fine guitar playing on it as well.

Oh, I felt really awkward and embarassed listening to that, and not in a good way, like when I watched that video clip of axl in a thong.
