When it comes with live playing I actually prefer a little faster tempo than slower

I am a drummer myself. What I think:

1) Adler: great drummer and has great feel, generally a rock drummer and not as versatile as some newer guns drummers (or maybe im wrong)

2) Sorum: Very tight drummer , less feel because of this but plays tight and can play other peoples songs 95% like the album but almost like a drum machine (not necessarily a bad thing) 

3) Ferrer: good drummer with feel, I noticed he doesnt play the songs 100% like adler and sorum do (has different rolls and changes than the part on record), maybe plays them 80% like the record. Looser than Sorum but not exact to the record like Adler can play

I think fast can be good. Like the Guns n Roses videos in 1988 Steven Adler plays some of the songs with a slightly faster tempo gives them more energy live. Sometimes when people play at record speed or below it sounds tighter but doesnt have that certain energy

I hope he does show up. I dont know how you can get a back injury playing the drums, its just like sitting in a chair. Hope its not true.

I think either its true or that article I posted in this thread started the rumor because I don't know if they are a reliable source or how they got their information

If there is only two guitarists do you think if they play Chinese Democracy songs that some of the bumblefoot/buckethead leads will be just sampled from dizzy or pitman??

The cymbal setup is the same so it might  be him but guessing both adler and frank

Well im curious if they are tickets you can buy online or have to buy at the venue or be in LA. I live a little over a hour away. If they are online I would think they would sellout in 15 seconds

Did anybody else who bought the whiskey show tickets get refunded??

I might be going to this concert solo since I live over a hour away and most of my friends are in san diego and have other commitments so if somebody else wants to go to the show I might have a extra ticket (whiskey show). I bought two

I would say 80% chance they dont perform , maybe 20% they do . We will probably know within a week what the big annoucement is.

Does anybody remember that day on the forum a few years ago where some member was posting "OH MY GOD AXL JUST GOT ON STAGE!!" when a couple members of Guns n Roses played the whiskey or some other venue a few years ago??? I thought it was funny as hell but the person got a few members of this forum to believe it was actually happening

I bought a couple tickets!! I live a hour away but worst case I lost $46!

Somebody should write to Hollywood Roses asking them if they are playing the gig because I dont see it on their facebook page

Thanks everybody but I see on stubhub they have seats like DD or WW. There is not a DD on the map or a WW so just making sure its not a scam or way in the back.  I dont think they exist. So maybe a couple people made typos on stub hub??

Does anybody know what the seating rows are ??? For example double letters like AA DD the lowest followed by 1,2,3 rows and then A-Z???? On stubhub I see ones that 3,4 ,ww etc but not sure if they are in the back or not. Also cannot find a accurate site with seat rows. Any help would be appreciated

I'd look at these offers before Stubhub as these seem to be cheaper.

The only thing is that some of these people may be selling fake tickets so I think the only safe way would be through ebay where they will cover you if they are fraudulent or if they had the physical tickets in hand. Due to the high prices it may be risky buying off some random person IMO

After trying to keep clicking search for 30 minutes got through once for seats in the very back for about $450 for two. I think im just going to wait to find a better deal.
