  1. I struggled to find signal once in the stadium.

I loved every minute of the show. I thought Axl seemed really happy - seen them twice before 2010 and 2012 , he seemed a lot more into this show.

I didn't have gold circle and was gutted but actually I stood round to the right and was right by the barrier and could see pretty well.

Downsides were the drink prices and getting to the tube after , I don't think the crowd control was done well at all.

I managed to get a return train ticket from Derby to London Kings Cross stn for £30 today. Never seen such cheap train fares.

That's really good!! I just got a train ticket one way Northampton - Euston for £12

means I have to drive to Northampton but otherwise I was looking at £60 return.

Does everyone go through stages in life where they don't have goals and nothing really excites them any more? Is that normal? I'm not talking about those who have mental illnesses, where those are common symptoms. But for the healthy folks who are plodding along, trying to make ends meet, possibly get one foreign holiday a year?

Last Christmas an old friend asked me "what are your dreams?" and I was like "I dunno… meh…".

Is it important to have goals in adult life, or is that just for people who are young and don't pay rent? I suppose I have everything I need in life. But no desire to better myself nor the capability to do much for the world around me. Not very much inspires me, and I wish it did.

I think it's normal to have moments like this in life. I think possibly it may even be a good sign that you are content with your life as it is just now.

I came along to whine about my lack of adult conversation

It's funny how only women and gay men believe in this crap. Tells a lot about the male x female brains.

I'm a woman and I don't believe any of it! I also know some straight males who are really into it.

My FB feed is often full of people posting their horoscopes and what it supposedly means for their futures, it does get fairly annoying.. but if it makes them happy then who am I to complain.

  6. The day this was all announced I had a mental breakdown down the phone to my husband about it and he said he will get me to the ball and then he suddenly  became skint so I'll let you know Christmas Day what i unwrap;)

I will be there regardless on this date.

Booked a hotel as soon as it was announced...
