  1. their new album "Diamond Hoo Ha" has just leaked, it's brilliant.

6 amazing albums, not one weak record.

along with Oasis and possibly Radiohead they've been the best british band over the years, extremely underrated.

Road To Rouen is possibly the finest post-brit rock album ever recorded.

for those of you who havent heard them, get downloading B)

  2. There is always a consensus, stop being silly.

no theres not. even in a small fan group as guns n roses people can't agree on many points and you want to tell me that in the huge beatles fan base there is a consensus? tell me bout being silly.

what the hell are you are talking about? I dont think you understand the word.

key word "general" meaning not definitive.

the general consensus amongst beatles fans is that let it be is their weakest album - FACT

The only Beatles album to occasion negative, even hostile reviews, there are few other rock records as controversial as Let It Be. Allmusic.com

there isnt a conesnsus amongst beatles fans, LOL :rofl-lol:

of course there is, for there not to be one, fans of the band would have to be void of opinion.

now please be quiet, you've been proved wrong

    thanks.

  3. Amazing band, psychocandy is my favourite album by them.

Just like honey is one of the finest songs ever, it really is perfect.

Bobbie Gillespie of Primal Scream used to be their drummer, love them as well.

  4. The knifedrama took place backstage at a Marilyn Manson concert in LA.

The Gallagher brothers were, according to sorces, chugging Absinth when the night took a turn for the strange.

Suddenly Jeff Conaway, former Grease star, entered the room. In a wheelchair.

According to Noel Gallagher, Conaway was furious for an unidsclosed reason,

and tried to land hits on Noel and Liam with a cain.

This made the brothers burst out in laughter. Conaway said that "You should know that I've had back surgery four times"

Noel replied "then get out of the wheelchair".

Coneway continued "I may have had back surgery four times, but I can still pull a knife on you!"

Suddenly pulling out a Giant (according to Noel) knife, which just made the Gallaghers laugh even harder.

    :rofl-lol:

  5. Oh I understand you can be a "real" fan and dislike Let it be, or be just a causal fan and like it. And it's up to you to draw the line right?

I really like Let it be and I'm as real as a fan can be.

no it isnt, I was simply referring to the general consensus amongst fans in respect to the album.

it's got some amazing tunes on it, like Get Back and Across The Universe.

but for me as an album it fucking stinks, it's their weakest album.

    calm down.

there is no such a thing as a general consensus amongst bealtes fans. the beatles sold over billion records.

There is always a consensus, stop being silly.

  7. Abbey Road was released in 1969 mate, which was arguably was their best album.

Let It Be was released in 1970.

You clearly know jackshit about The Beatles. Let It Be was recorded before Abbey Road.

it was released after Abbey Road you horrendous retard.

abbey road was recorded after but released before let it be... what is so hard to understand about that?

when did I mention anything about when either album was recorded? thats right I didnt - FACT

Abbey Road was released in 1969

Let it be was released in 1970.

    both facts.

the general consensus amongst "real" fans of the band is that let it be is one of their worst efforts.

casual fans tend to appreciate it more, which probably explains some of the hostility in this thread, I think its a pile of crap, and there are at least 10 beatles albums better.

    cant fucking stand it.

    Some people are just empty-headed and/or n00bs.

by now it's pretty clear that you are an insufferable gimp, you've been made to look very very silly, oh dear.

if your old enough (I doubt it) go grab yourself a can of Fosters, listen to Jet, and kindly pass out.

    cheers.

  9. what the fuck? no way is morrissey in the same league as lennon/macca

he's more in the league of Shakespeare, Oscar Wilde, etc etc.

    fantastic band.

his solo material is equally as great as the smiths material.

dear hero imprisoned, with all the new crimes that you are perfecting!

oh I cant help quoting you! cause everything that you say brings truth!

and now in my cell (well I followed you)
