Actually, tool - as I've explained MANY times in the past. My Ex was the one who f'ed up the whole Hammerstein DVD thing and I have also, numerous times, offered anyone who didn't get their discs their cash back and then some. Its one of the MANY reasons she's my ex. She kept crappy records so I had no clue who got their discs and who didn't - I apologized profusely for it many times and, like I said, have refunded people their money and then some. Do you REALLY think that the 200 bucks or so I collected in total was a big deal to me? Trust me, it wasn't. Hell, I can burn through that much on a trip to the bookstore. So - maybe next time you'll actually ASK me what its all about rather than jumping to conclusions? As far as your 'disappeared for a long time after that' - my job took me out of state for a while and the project I was working on didn't have Internet access available to me (DR hot site for a large bank.. they kind of frown on open net access) - since I was working 16-18 hour days my net surfing from the hotel was pretty damn limited. they're going to be those microSD cards, which are tiny. too easy to lose. mp3 formatted. liner notes and artwork included on the disk. it won't work. most people will buy a blank sd card and load their own music files on it. this format launches next month and i predict it will be a dead format by next summer at the latest. a new form of copy protection on cds is being explored and would be more beneficial to the industry. from what i understand you would be able to listen to the cd on your pc or any other cd player. you would even be able to rip the songs to your pc. try to share those songs online and whoever downloaded them will hear a scrambled mess with a high pitched squeal through it. the only way to copy the cd would be to make an exact copy or clone such as programs like nero and clonecd allow you to do, and even the burned clone copy would act the same way if ripped to a pc. the best part is, it doesn't add any unwanted files or applications onto your pc.
