Just got home - been to more shows than I can count and that was top 3. Band was tight, rain was fun, set list was great. Friends who went with me but not huge fans loved it and talked about how good it was the whole way home.

I’ve been trying to get the sealed ‘Back to Black’ 2008 reissues of AFD and UYI 1&2 and it’s near impossible for a reasonable price. I’m also looking for a clean OG copy of LIES. I’ve noticed that all GNR on vinyl sells fast.

Looks like target and Walmart, among other stores, are no longer carrying the vinyl box set online. I wonder if there is was a limited pressing on it?

But what am I gonna do with 3 of them. Lol
Sell the other 2 or go in with two other people, should be able to move them. Just a way to reduce the cost for those interested.

Target.com has the Deluxe Vinyl set for $443.80 (buy 2, get 1 free) so essentially $296 each.

Anyone else noticed about 1:00:17 during YCBM bottom part of Axl's mikestand flying across the stage 🙂
Noticed that, he’s lucky no one was there. I always wondered how he didn’t hit people through the entire illusion tour the way he threw it. I always liked that he did it though.

That arguably was the best Slither so far Axl has managed to do and even 3 years after the start of NITL it still was somewhat almost dreamlike feel to see him doing VR song with Duff&Slash on stage. Pinch me if this is real
NR also had strong clean voice, which is bearable to say the least.
Slither was another highlight. I love the arrangement and it really pumped up the crowd.

PSA: this was a small arena, which I’ve seen them in before. It was the loudest concert I’ve ever been to. If you’re going to a future date, bring some ear plugs JIC. I know that’s not “RnR” but you’ll wish you had. My ears are still ringing.

I noticed a few comments regarding attendance. It sure looked like a full house judging from the end of the Sweet Child video. This is the first time in quite a while that I have been able to stand listening to certain songs in full. Great effort by Axl tonight. Loved the aggression In Rocket Queen when he started the lyrics "Of those that take you". Hope to hear Estranged and praying for a great second half of the song.
I’m sure there were a few empty seats, but I looked around throughout the show and it “looked” sold out.

I just watched ISE, why Axl was not moving, actually at all? He used to move so much especially on first songs. It almost looked like he is pissed off like in Dublin.
So, there were 2 things I noticed throughout the show. He kept going to the stage in front of the drums to blow his nose and kept spitting - not sure if he sick or something. Although his voice was in the top 3-5 of concerts I’ve seen (20+), he did seem like it was hard for him to catch his breath. The average fan probably wouldn’t notice, but those of us who pay attention, you could tell he held back. Example, first show I’ve ever seen without the “Do you know where the fuck you are” intro to Jungle.
The other thing was the carpet was not down on the front of the stage. They crew put it down around better and Axl looked like he was about to lose his shit. I could see him yelling at someone near his dressing room. He made a joke about it a few songs later.

Just got back to my hotel. One of the better GN’R shows I’ve seen in a very long time. Axl was on point the entire night and the band was tight. There are a couple songs I thought I’d never hear with rasp live again and Axl rose to the occasion and nailed them. It was worth every penny to travel hear from Boston to see them. SOYL was by far the highlight for me.
Well done!

I typically don't like to rant but here it goes. I've signed up for Nightrain every year. Typically the merchandise isn't that great, but I like to support the band. So last years Merch was actually pretty good, we got the NT Vinyl, lanyard, shirt. So I signed up a month or so ago before the new Merchandise was listed as I had expired, thinking that they just haven't updated the merchandise pic (which is what happened). anyway, I emailed them to see if I was getting TY's or LY's merch and they said LY. When I explained I already had it and didnt need more, they denied my request (multiple times). I think this is pretty shitty to be honest and I will not be signing up again.
Anyway - rant over

I just ordered mine today. I’d be interested in what numbers are out there and where your from if you don’t mind sharing. I’ll post mine when it comes on Monday

GNAIR has a little more information on the website as of this morning. Still not a ton, but there are links to nightrain and the tour page on their website

Can someone repost the total list of files that are related to the leaks%? I can’t find which thread it’s in.
-
Haven’t heard them yet either - can’t wait to give them a listen once I can get my hands on them 😬

Dows anyone know if there are MP3's out there?

What about Welcome to my Jungle by Craig Duswalt. What an amazing insight into the Illusions tour and the life of a rock star at the highest level.

I just finished Sorry and I thought overal it was good. I’m trying to figure out what parts of the song are axl v pre recorded from the 5 min mark on though.

Just finished LALD and Mellissa really shines on this track. Her vocals add depth to the song where I always felt Tracy and Raberta’s vocals added a cheesy element - in KOHD too. Always hated that.
It’s funny because I’ve seen the NITLT 5 times love Andrew never picked it up.
anyway- we’ll done

Anyone from here going tonight? If so, can you grab me a Litho? I’m a lifelong GN’R fan and bee keeper and this litho covers both. I can pay Venmo with shipping ASAP once I know you have it.
thanks in advance
