Thanks for the entertainment over the years. I first discovered this site around the time of the (sort-of) GNR rebirth at Leeds 2002. I'm 40 in 6 months time, where have the wasted years gone.
Such a shame, (new) GNR could have, and should have been so much more...

Anybody else hoping Axl shows up late on Friday? He needs to stand down this silly Reading promoter/organizer. Part of Axl's appeal is that he shows up to work late and tells the boss to fuck off.
By that comment I assume you won't be at Reading then? He better bloody be near as dammit on time at Leeds on Sunday....

Management may well have said that, but Axl has always distanced himself from specific months or years, I'm sure of it.It's twice now publicly he has stated 2006. fingers crossed.
