i was 11,i used to spend my times after school over my friend's house,we would go to his room,he had hundreds of posters hanging on his wall of rock musician,going from metallica to the Stooges,he was a big Iggy Pop fan,we would put make up on and dress very glam cause at that time he had just made me discovered to New York Dolls.We would take tennis Racket as a Guitar and just pretend that we're a band ;D and go over our favorite song and just make his Mother go crazy,so in 91,GNR just released the illusion album,the only song i knew at that time is Civil War,which i thought was pretty good but not enough i guess to get me hook,so my friend put out a GNR record,a cross with five skulls on it,and start to tell me about the band and all the drugs stories possible about the band,i'm still amazed to this day that this guy was just 12 and knew so much about drugs,anyway and then he asked me to listen to that song ,IT'S SO EASY....i was hooked for good..i'm 22 now and this song in particular got the whole thing started.

anyone agree that this line up is the best one ever,anyone who saw CHINESE DEMOCRACY live agreed that this song is far the most impressive song that GNR has done for the last ten years,i can't wait to hear some hard kicking electronic song as agressive as OH MY GOD to tear my fucking ear apart.

Another theory here is the picture behind the woman face surrounded with needles,you can see a blury picture of a man seating on a table with a glass of wine in front as if the guy (AXL) is drunk,which means like i said in a post earlier that Axl probably went out after the MSG the celebrate the most anticipated date of the tour and party really hard and had a hang over..the woman face with needle is obviously Axl with all the rumors of plastic surgery... just speculating,i think it's a fun post better than any Axl bashing,anyway i still stick to the AXL was too wasted to ever hit the stage in Philly.

I figured the babies with halo......The halo being the concept and a strong trademark in the NIN camp,which probably means he intend to go back with Trent and start recording.

The tour is still on!!!

Can anybody confirmed this,to those who went to the concert last friday night were they supposedly sold GNR shirt with the quote I SURVIVED THE FIRST UNION CENTER-PHILADELPHIA- ....The irony is that the concert never took place and some sort of riot followed.Something i read on another board,just want to make sure if this source was reliable..anybody?

I also want to believe that it's all part of the masterplan,i'm being so naive i guess but what i really think is the reason is that mr.Rose party too much after the MSG concert and that he had a  hang over just like in Montreal were he supposedly party with 4 chicks in a bathtub,something like that and it damaged very badly his voice ;D

I don't think Axl is that Stupid and haven't thought of those consequences,i don't think either that it's all part of the marketing plan,that would be suicidal but i guess we'll just have to wait and observe this thing from an impartial point of view and see the effect on a long term period.Everything until now has been so perfect in term of marketing and building up anticipation for the new project that it would be just sad to see this THING that i enjoyed watching grow over the years dying right now.I don't think it will die though,it's all part of the process.

AND THAT'S SIMPLY WHY TOMMY STINSON IS THE BEST NEW MEMBER OF THE BAND,ALWAYS IN MY MIND BEEN THE MOST RESPECTED FROM THE START,LOYAL,HARD WORKING AND HE WAS IN THE REPLACEMENT ;D

In Boston i couldn't get beer cause you had to be 25 years old if you came from out of state .......And that guy who wouldn't sell me beer to me got also upset when he argue with a fan that GNR would go on stage at 9 and would be out by 11, i Thought that was funny ;D...i should've bet a beer on that!

The perfect band?i enjoyed this new band....Tommy Stinson,Richard Fortus,Dizzy Reed have gained my approval, i'm still sceptical about the others members.An AXL/SLASH duet is always great to watch from time to time .

Hey i'm new here,i've visited this site for years,it was my best source and it kept me updated daily about G&R, i kinda grew on this site about the whole development that surrounded the band.Anyway hi to everyone and i kinda wanted to share my experience about the Boston and Toronto show since i've attended both show.Both show Rocked,Toronto was better,wish i had better seats,in Boston before the encore i went down on the lower lever which was incredible seats,it was my best 5 minutes of my life,i saw the band 5 feet way from me,the whole experience took a different perspective,the sound, the interaction with band members,i wave at Richard and he kinda nodded at me,that was cool,anyhow i'm trying to get tickets for another G&R show,in front row if possible.
