I prefered the older version. And the red font of the threads on the grey backbackground is just annoying to read.

God damn! Myles killed it at the end! Beautiful!

Slash is light years ahead of the other two.
If you'd knew how pathetic that sounds you'd never say something that stupid and retarded again.
You must be one of those guys who thinks technical skills is all that matters. I have a few friends better than Hendrix, page and slash. Now what sounds more retarded? What I just said or what satanisk said? By your logic what I said is perfectly fine.
I doubt your friends could come up with something like this...
Or this...
But that's not the point and nobody mentioned skills. You are so defensive and mentioned technical skills because this is your only argument, right? Seriously, not to sound arrogant or anything but when I get to hear from absolute masters of the fretboard and musician's musicians like Shawn Lane or Guthrie Govan that someone's one of the best ever, I don't need a deaf GnR fan like you or SS to tell me otherwise. If you really believe that Slash is light years ahead of the other guitar players in question I suggest you to listen to more music, especially guitar-influenced music. There's a whole world out there you haven't discovered yet.
Fuck that, now I gotta search (again) for more early Bucket vids. Watching him play Watching the boards with my dad (the song at the end) gave me goosebumps. Amazing song, amazing playing, amazing guitar player!
That actually sounds like shit. If Slash was making music that sounded like that, I would kill myself.

Greatest thread ever.

Consider yourself a lucky man that he played WTTJ. Hopefully some clips come up on YouTube of it.

I'm a little annoyed that people think that Batman was still in the Bat while carrying a nuclear bomb, and he survived the explosion.
No, you twats! He wasn't in the Bat. Nolan made it seem like he was, but he wasn't. After the explosion scene, and when everyone thought Batman was dead, Fox was asking how he could've fixed the auto-pilot, but one of the workers said that the auto-pilot was fixed, and it was last accessed by Bruce Wayne. To make it simpler, the Bat was on auto-pilot.
Bane is the shit! Dude is so alpha! I think I like him more than the Joker, but I might have to re-watch TDK again.
I liked the ending better with Batman making the ultimate sacrifice.
Eh... I would've preferred an ending where Batman was still alive, but wasn't that obvious to the audience. Maybe not show Batwoman/Catwoman in Paris when Alfred salutues them, so we may think what he's saluting to? I dunno, I'm obviously no director/writer lol, but I'm sure there would've been better endings.

Not sure if true or not, but Axl going down memory lane is a little believable, especially after him talking about Slash pissing his pants and stealing his girls, lol.

Captain America was good.

He's a great cover artist. I guess I'll give him that.
But the dude can't make his own music, clearly.

What is "Nu"?
The posers. Surely, you must have heard of them.
Edit- Oops, thought this was the Attitude section.

Axl wouldn't want anything to do with this flop album that barely sold any copies at all.
Had it been released at Guns n' Roses record it would've sold more than Chinese Democracy.

Last night was pretty fucking sick. Slash did what he does best. Myles was brilliant. Todd was crazy. Brent and Frank were great too. The opening band - Monster Truck - sounds surprisingly good. I'm gonna check their stuff out in a bit.
The set list was similar to the HOB, but with a few changes (btw, not sure if the placement of the songs is accurate):
Halo
Nightrain
Ghost
Standing In The Sun
My Michelle
Back from Cali
Beggars and Hangers On
Not For Me
Rocket Queen
Doctor Alibi (Todd on vocals)
You're Crazy (ATodd on vocals)
Starlight
No More Heroes
Band Jam/Slash Solo
Godfather Theme
Shots Fired
Anastasia
Sweet Child O' Mine
You're A Lie
Slither
Encore:
Fall to Pieces
Paradise City
-
Does Slash usually play on our right/his left of the stage?
-
What's the setlist been looking like lately?
By no means is this exact, but to the best of my memory from last night

You're Crazy (Appetite ver. Todd Kerns on vox)
Starlight
No More Heroes
Band Jam/Slash Solo
Godfather Theme
Anastasia
Sweet Child O' Mine
You're A Lie
Slither
t
Encore:

That's great, man. Thanks! I'm going to be seeing Slash and the band tomorrow, so I was just wondering what to expect. Hopefully a guest would be on the show like Lemmy. Hope you enjoyed the show last night.

Marc, would you be comfortable asking Slash to someway somehow perform Coma live someday?
Thats a very hard song to sing live. I've only seen Axl do it ones in Cleveland 6/4/91 they opened the show with it.
How about Serial Killer from the Snakepit album? I think Slash underestimates its greatness. It's a pretty cool song.

I'm sure the question has been asked about VR, but last we heard was Corey Taylor was close to joining, and Slash said no. Since then he said that they're still looking for a new singer. Are they really? It's a little surprising that since the break up they haven't found a new singer. And what was with Scott Weiland saying, a few months ago, that he's returning to VR?
Is Slash going to continue with his current band right now? Or do you think he'll stop this gig after the release of the next album? Also, is Slash going to pursue some sort of Jeff Beck/Steve Vai/ Joe Satriani career (instrumental music)?

lol
25000 sales and going strong
Did you really just laugh out loud? Like if someone walked by you on the computer, your laughing would have been clearly audible? Then that person walking by says "Hey, what is so funny?" And you say "Slash has sold 25,000 albums"??? I don't buy it. Strike the "LOL" from the records. I don't think you laughed out loud and you are cheapening the acronym LOL. It would be like me saying BRB and then I don't go anywhere. Or TTYL and I keep talking.

Axl, Slash, Duff, Izzy, Matt, and Bumble.

They were songs that nobody wanted to listen to more than once other than the geeks on the forums..................
Must be a lot of geeks then. Look at the views and likes.
I wonder how many of those geeks re-watched that
-
Lzzy Hale definitely does a better job.
I would smash both of them though.
