  1. This makes sense, don't you think? Australia/ New Zealand is one of the few places on the planet where they haven't been for awhile besides the United States. Since legal matters and lack of interest here are most-likely hampering any tour plans, Australia should get a tour.

  2. no versions - Like a few others, I think the duet sucks and is unnecessary. Axl needs to understand that Sebastian Bach will still like him even if he doesn't let him share the stage with him.

  3. I think the only truth to all of this speculation is that it seems plausible that Slash was on board for a full reunion tour and may have had direct contact with Azoff about it and its possible that Axl found out and made the comment on this forum about him being a cancer. The rest of it seems circumstantial and the other poster pointed out that the time line doesn't match the "rumor" with Ashba joining just days after the VH talk started.

I guess I dont care if there is a reunion ever, except if they appear together for their induction intot the RNR Hall of Fame. I fucking love this band and enjoyed the 4 shows I saw earlier in the year when I froze my ass off in Canada for a couple weeks following them around. I love the new music and want to hear this line up on a new album. I also finally like something that Slash has put out. I love his new album and have listened to it constantly since it came out. If he is capable of putting out something like this album, I'm definitely fine with him doing his own thing, but I hated Snakepit. I'm interested in seeing how this lawsuit plays out though and if we'll get any good information from it.

Can somebody remind me how the VH rumor was leaked to us? I thought it was fake all along, and I really found it interesting that Axl believed it to be true and was mislead.

  4. I just like reading paragraph one in the cross-complaint.

    "NATURE OF THE ACTION

    1. Guns N' Roses is one of the most popular and famous rock bands of all times. The

band has sold more than 100 million records, had numerous Top 10 hits, sold out arenas and

stadiums worldwide, won numerous awards and accolades, and by all accounts redefined rock

music. Guns N' Roses reached iconic status and inspired music artists everywhere. Rose, one of the

band's founders and original members, is the legendary lead vocalist and songwriter. He is one of

    rock's all-time greatest front-men."

  5. Azoff's not going to "blacklist" GNR on the Ticketmaster end. That's like shooting himself in the foot.

However, I think it would be consistent with Axl to never book a gig as long as one of the companies that Azoff stands to profit.

  6. Perhaps this is the kind of press that Axl needs. Axl is the little guy fighting the mighty music industry. I think he may gain public support since America is a country that tends to root for the underdog. Maybe even this is how the rest of the country, who has been asleep and don't know that Axl is on tour, finds out how good this band really is. It seems most people I know still have the 2002 VMA Axl & buckethead stuck in their heads. Besides, Axl doesnt need to do a full scale US Tour anyway. He just needs a few big shows in the major markets.

  7. As much as I would like to see a new Axl interview with lots of substance, I can't help but think our hero would look as gay as Jon Bon Jovi if he were to appear on Oprah's show. One of the reasons why I respect him so much is that he's managed to stay out of the media all of these years and do things independently. It hasn't worked out from an earnings success standpont, I'm sure, but at least he is doing things on his terms. That's something that many of us want out of life and that's why Axl is the most bad-ass front man ever to me.

On another unrelated note, I've changed my name on here because Myles Kennedy is fucking awesome.
