  2. I have never met a "journalist" who wasn't depending on his editor or someone else above - and even these guys depend on those who book ads. So they just print what they have to print as truth usually is a lot less exciting than the bullshit they have to come up with to make a living. Signing an autograph here and having your picture taken sure is a lot less annoying than talking to journalists, answering the same question 300 times a day just see it being twisted out of context over and over. Axl keeping it real and being approchable that seems to work for him so let's just hope he keeps that going.

  3. Care to share the tracks for CITR, TWAT and Prostitute for decent remixes?

Prostitute's easy to find. TWAT's a little more difficult. CITR will be harder but not the hardest of the tracks. Or, for the joke answer:-

Street corners, street corners, book shops.

I could actually mix these tracks decently, if only I had the tracks in least compressed sound quality possible.

As for Catcher I'd want the Brian May solo though. I refuse to remix this song with the Bumblejunk.

  4. Which CD song(s) would you use to help extract info from Al-Qaeda? I was thinking about how the US used Metallica and NIN songs on Al-Qaeda in Guantanamo, and I was wondering what CD songs I might use if I was trying to extract info from the terrorists. Shackler's Revenge would be my number one pick as I think hearing that intro over and over would be very unsettling.

To each his own but I think topics like this being open and others closed are the reason for the fanbase going as downhill as the band.

Your post is one of the worst ever read on any fan board.

I totally oppose putting music into a war and torture context.

If the mods or the band had any sense left they'd better have this topic closed by the end of the day.

Your post is a shame for the fanbase.
