In case you guys were still wondering:

Axl did fall of the piano. He sang the outro on it, jumped off it and while he was landing well, let's say it was due to bad footwork he fell down.

He then sang the end of the song lying on the ground and later jokingly said: "it was either here or there" (pointing to the end of the stage).

They started about 1 hour and 10 minutes after murderdolls set. Which is fine by me.. An hour is reasonable.

During knockin' on heaven's door Axl also said "christopher", at least, that's what I heard. And I think he said it to Ron's beard lol.
