  1. YES!!!!!!!!!!!! Fuck yeah, I can't wait! I am so there. I had all but given up, I though no way they will tour US now, I was so upset. Not DJ lets this leak, hell yeah baby. I will be doing anything I can to get the best seat to as many shows as possible, 2011 going to fucking rock!

  2. I would love to meet him. I've always heard he was very nice but whats more is he's real. I would want to see him out at a bar or something though, not at a concert when he's all tired or just trying to get out of there. I would love to just be able to sit down and have a regular convo with the man, now I know this will never happen, but thats just what I would wish for.

  3. Do you not know what Cracked.com is? It is a joke website. The pictures chosen were for comedic effect. Nothing to do with hating Axl and all this nonsense. Cracked is not Axl vs Slash. They're more Batman vs Zombies.

True enough but my point is thats not the only site or media that has done this to him over the last year. Remember the sweaty pictures from Rose Bar.

  4. 2006 he looked awesome, I loved the facial hair and his body was the best its ever been. But I also like his 2010 look, he looks like a rockstar and natural and I missed the bandana. I like his clothes in both 2006 and 2010 but I don't like the big hats, they are way too big for his head, beside that he's got an awesome style. 2002 he looked crazy, the hair was ridiculous and I can't believe anyone would actual like that look over the others.

His 2010 voice for sure!! He is sounding better than ever.

  5. Wow, that would be awesome. He looks so happy in the pics too. That was cool as hell of him. And look at the pictures, he is in excellent shape, damn he's looking fine!

  6. a. Axl Rose is not fat

    b. He's pushing 50 so the spandex thing doesn't work. Save for the awful biker mustache and eyeliner, the look he has now works for him.

    a. Yes he is:

    b. I agree with the biker shorts and moustache not working. Eyeliner is fine though, but his look is not working for him.

Compared to 2006 he looks awful. well the hair is probably better, but in 2006 he was in much better shape both physically and vocally.

How does that clip show he's fat? The man is not fat at all??? Seriously how can anyone think he is, if you had never seen him before in your life and just met him there is no way in anyones mind he would be called fat, unless idk you are from a 3rd world country maybe where there is no food to eat, then I guess maybe I would be fat to you too, I mean I'm pushing 125 at 5 foot 7.5. Sorry but I just don't understand how people can call the man fat, he looks damn good for a 50 year old, hell regardless of his age he looks damn good. And there are pictures of him backstage at that concert at I think Rose Bar and he was changing his shirt, and he looked good.

youy are 125lbs at 5ft 7? christ you must be built like a little girl to pull thats weight off at that height :rofl-lol: im about the same heigh and the lightest i could get down to was 11stone and even then i looked ill and under weight

Um I am a girl, I have small bones, and long legs honey. And if you are trying to say I must not have curves, sorry but I wear a 36 DD, nice try though

  8. well for one I don't think Axl is fat at all, people just call him fat because he doesn't look 25 anymore. That being said, I think he should probably keep a shirt on just because he is almost 50 and probably not cut anymore, now if he is then hell yeah take it off. On the shorts, I would love seeing them come back. Regardless I'm sure his legs are still sexy as hell, and to get a peek at the package agian I sure wouldn't mind. .BUT I recall reading one of his comments on here where someone asked him if he would still wear them and its seem he himself found that ridiculous as he is no 20 year old anymore. idk just my two cents.

  9. There is a change over time that people need to understand,

People need to understand that the changeover does not take as long as it did in Dublin. There is no defending the bottle throwers but Axl still would've been booed heavily regardless.

You leave a crowd waiting (with some of them there since half 6 since that is what is printed on the fucking tickets) with nothing to do but drink and of course you're going to breed hostility. People thinking that this is just a disrespectful Dublin crowd are deluded. If Axl does what he did last night on every date of the tour it will be a complete train wreck.

It's nothing against Dublin first off, its the people in the crowd that threw shit on stage. I'm sorry but thats never okay. Getting violent and throwing things is plain immature and ignorant. I'm not saying its okay for Axl to make everyone wait and I wasn't there and don't know why he was late. So getting booed I can understand but throwing things I don't. From what I've read he came on an hour after the opening act, is that correct? If so that is not late really. I've been to many concerts and I've always had to wait after the opening act for a little bit, I mean isn't that normal? Like I said I wan't there though and I dont' know how long these people waited, so maybe them being angry was justified but NOT throwing things, that just blows my mind that any grown adult would throw shit at other people. I've been drunk and mad at people before but I kept my hands to myself and nope never threw anything at anyone...

  10. Regardless of who is to blame for the late start it is not okay for immature ignorant drunks to throw stuff up on the stage. Someone could get seriously injured. I can't believe the lack of class Dublin showed. Its never okay to act that way, my 8 year old knows better then that for God sakes. There is a change over time that people need to understand, but even if it was totally Axl's fault it does not give people the right to act so ignorant. I can't believe anyone is even trying to justify those idiots actions.

  11. :rofl-lol:

First off they have said it was not Axl's fault for the late start, second everyone knows he likes to play later. He has said himself he doesn't feel like himself until after midnight. He came out played a great show in front of idiots that were throwing stuff on the stage. I'm surprised he even came out after that.

I would have waited twice as long. And frankly I get why he is the way he is toward people.

I get what he says about doing stuff really late at night, hell I prefer to do stuff late. In fact in an interview Billy Corgan says some days he'd just love to say to people at shows "come back in a couple of hours" but the point is he still comes out and gives a good performance. The thing then is to say the show starts a lot later so people aren't waiting around for two hours. The people booing and throwing stuff probably aren't the ones moaning about Slash having left they're annoyed because they're waiting and will probably miss the show if they need to get back home the same night. And whatever anybody says it is just unprofessional to keep people waiting for ages without an explanation.

At the end of the day everybody isn't a diehard GN'R fan who will happily wait for ages to see their favourite band. To a lot of people it's just a fun night out seeing a band and not a huge deal. Hell, I've overheard people at shows who don't even know who band members of famous bands are.

Yeah, I get what you mean. However, we can't assume why no one was told what the hold up was, there could have been a lot going on we don't know about. There were issues with the sound system, so why didn't someone from the management there say something. You can't expect Axl to come out on stage and say hey I'll be back in an hour we have to get this stuff fixed, the crowd would go crazy. And maybe they didn't know it would take that long. Yeah this isn't the first time he's made the crowd wait, but imo its because he wants to go on at a different time and the venues won't allow it because they feel its too late. If he knows he won't put on a good show because he's not feeling it yet, wouldn't you rather wait a little bit and have a great show rather than a punctual sell out Axl coming out and sleeping through the whole thing?

As for those that aren't fans, they should at least know who they are going to see before they buy a ticket, if not thats pretty foolish. I sure wouldn't waste my money on a band I've never heard of and risk not enjoying the music or atmosphere. Heck maybe that's Axl's plan all along, get the people who are there to sit and stare at him silently to go home so he can play for the real fans :rofl-lol: I'm kidding of course.

But hey I do get your point, there's always another side to a story though. Have a good one.

  12. Seriously why would you get on a GnR forum to bash Axl everyday of your life, seems pretty sad to me. If you don't like him then why are you on a freaking Guns forum?

First off they have said it was not Axl's fault for the late start, second everyone knows he likes to play later. He has said himself he doesn't feel like himself until after midnight. He came out played a great show in front of idiots that were throwing stuff on the stage. I'm surprised he even came out after that.

I would have waited twice as long. And frankly I get why he is the way he is toward people, look at all the people that take shots at him daily for nothing. At least he's real, he does it his way and is far from fake. That is pretty freaking hard to find in any celebrity or rock icon.
