Have matters with the record company become even more complicated following the release of Chinese thereby making any future release extremely unlikely?

And when I say complicated, I mean axl (rightfully) demanding things be done how he and the band want, and the record company's unwavering stance regarding costs and business practicalities.

I certainly hope not, but I fear a stalemate.

I'm sure Slash is happy that Duff got to enjoy his moment with GNR, and Slash only cared if Axl said anything about him.

I'd love to know how much of Duff and Axl's dinner conversation had to do with Slash. I'm sure he wasn't the only topic of discussion, although I'm sure his name was mentioned.

I thought it was interesting how Slash said during his Trunk interview, "if Axl wants to do this [reunion] we need to talk". I wonder why he chose those words. Did Axl tell Duff that he might be willing to mend fences? I'd love nothing more than to see a reunion of the classic lineup. I do think Slash needs to get over the "we need to take the stage on time" rhetoric. I feel pretty confident that the Guns fanbase would be willing to deal with late starts in order to see the real deal up onstage. I know that I'd wait days if need be ...

Yes, it was Slash refering to the songs him and the band wrote with Izzy Pre-VR.

And I believe Axl referred to it as 'old guns propaganda or politics' in one of his forum chats.

He might as well take this act to Vegas.
