There are different names for it. It's like inner child therapy and it's not that big a deal. You just go back and examine events not from the perspective of you as an adult, but from the perspective of how you felt then, as a child. Then you get a better sense of the impact it has had on your life, why you think the way you do, act the way you do. When you understand, you can make changes much easier. It's not mysterious or even spiritual. It's just focussed thinking.

And it is consistent in all types of therapy,freudian,jungian,or any number of lesser known treatments,its all a matter of looking introspectively for the answers to difficulties everyone experiences in this life.Nice synopsis Orsys,and applause for your promotion.
