Some people can drive after a few and some can't. If they really want to curtail it they need to setup better late night transit in places where drinking and driving is a problem. Some of the bars here are now providing shuttle vans because the harsh new drinking laws have really hurt their establishments.

Exactly, it isn't my fault if someone has no tolerance and ram a telephone pole after 2 beers. I'm just fine. In the US we have dogshit for mass transit, so it's either drive, leave your car and walk, get a ride (from another drunk), or a cab.

Or plan your nights better. There's limited public transport in a lot of places, but that doesn't excuse drink driving. Nobody is forcing you to go out and drink, but they are forcing you not to drink and drive. Seems kind of simple to me.

Okay, I searched and nobody posted anything helpful. I was gonna post in the RIR thread but decided that nobody would read it now.
