Hey, I am heading up there with 3 friends. We are staying at the Hilton and plan on doing some tailgating. Anyone else got any party plans?

I had never heard of SP before this but assumed they were rock. I know who CM are and thought that was an odd choice for a rock show. Whatever. All this tells me is that gnr isn't taking the stage until super late that night.... I think I'll tailgate until about 10.

Thanks guys. I was hoping that somehow my GA3 seats would be better than GA5, 6, etc. I guess that isnt the case.

I just got my tickets in the mail today. They are GA3. This the general admission floor section. I have seen tickets advertised online for GA5, 6,etc. If it is all general admission floor, I don't see what the difference is between these tickets.
I think the floor is supposed to be open with no seating. I am confused by this since my tix have seat numbers as well.
does anyone know what the setup is for this show or what it has been on this tour in general?

I'm going to the la show and it would be sweet to hear either breakdown or civil war. Fuck man. Its going to be awesome no matter what. I can't wait.
Well...don't get your hopes up man..I think the best we can hope for is OMG..According to all the setlists we've seen anyway..The funny thing about music is, you have to actually rehearse it before you play it live..and I don't think they've rehearsed either Breakdown or Civil War..with enough prodding though..Who knows?! Lol
are you going to that show too? I think the current earlier is pretty rad so there would be no complaints from me. If I had to choose between civil or breakdown, I think I would have to go with civil although to hear breakdown live would be epic.

I gotta disagree and say that I personally care very little for Breakdown, and that there are 5-10 other plausible songs I'd rather see first.

This is Vegas. The strip is always open. You can always get a drink. Bars on the strip in casinos never close.

10-1 seems to be the norm lately. GN'R are actually taking the stage in a more timely fashion. And three hour shows!
a 3hr show is rad for sure. We were just hoping to relive the moment over at the strip after the show. Bummer that it looks like all the bars will be closed after the show.

I was there. I thought the show was good. Axl sounded great and they played all the hits, but this new band just doesnt have any soul IMO. They are tight as musicians, but it just isnt the same without Slash on guitar.
