Is that how they dress on stage? That could be a good time with a few beers.. Bands that dress up with all the wigs and costumes look cheesy as fuck.. The music sounds good.. Singer doesn't sound like Axl but he doesn't sounds pretty good and not corny like most imitators. 

Are you referring to the video DeadSlash posted??? As I mentioned to him, that's a different band. Having watched that video, the band I'm talking about sounds so much better!

I went to see another GNR tribute in Ft. Lauderdale like two weeks ago and while the singer did an OK job he didn't get the attire right, gotta say it bothered me a little.

I messaged the band on Facebook and they said they had a recent show pro filmed and that it's going to be edited soon.

Unfortunately I don’t have any videos (maybe I do but they would be poor quality and have my terrible singing over the top lol). I don’t think they have any on the Facebook page either.

I’m glad you mentioned how he dresses (and that he looks a bit like Axl lol). Watching them live he seems to have all the mannerisms etc down as well.

Has anyone in Brisbane seen ‘Paradise City - The Guns N’ Roses Show’?

These guys are awesome. I’ve seen them about 6 times so far.

They play a really good set that goes for about 2.5 hours, including songs like Coma and Estranged.

They seem to be massive fans. The lead singer even looks a lot like young Axl (imo).

Definately worth checking out if you live in the area.

I’m not sure if they have ever travelled to other parts of Aus.

Were you there last year or something? Do they only let Diamond grandstand ticket holders in the mosh pit or any grandstand ticket holders. I got gold grandstand tickets based on what someone said earlier in the thread. I also got some GA tickets. So if gold grandstand are no better then i'll keep the GA and sell the gold grandstand on ebay.

Ok, I just realised that the show that went on sale second is actually the first show . There is tickets on ebay for this show. aussie_axl if you have two tickets for the show on the 19th I would definately be interested.

I am going to the first show but missed getting tickets to the second show. I have been checking ebay for the last few weeks and currently there is 27 ads for tickets for the first show but none for the second show. Anyone know any other options for tickets to the second show apart from just showing up on the night and hoping to get some off a scalper?

I emailed the link above to a lady at ticketek and got the following reply:

The below link is correct that there is a pre-sale however although it doesn't stipulate this on the website these are the conditions of the sale.

there is a hidden link that Optus members and Optus Staff received

certain members of the Ticketek website received an email entailing a hidden link which would provide them access to buying pre-sale tickets

an SMS text message was sent for Telco members.

These were the only people that would have received the hidden link to get to the presale, how these people were selected was a decision made by the promoters of the guns and roses.

Hope this helps; this is the only information I have in regards to this matter. If you did miss out, there will still be seats available at the pre-sale on Monday 23rd April.

When I click on a topic now it just shows the first post then a list of headings of the next posts. Whereas when I used to click on a topic it just displayed all posts. How do I get it back to how it used to be??

I was wondering if anyone knows where I can get the kind of clothes that gnr used to wear back in the 80's. The types of things I'm talking about are stuff like leather pants (tight fit ones - black and the white ones in Paradise City), the stretch fit type jeans they used to wear, sunglasses, jewellery (they always had heaps of bangles an stuff). I've seen cowboy boots on ebay.

So if anyone can tell me where I can get any of the stuff they used to wear it would be good. If possible internet sites would be the best since I dont live in the U.S.
