  1. I thought that they played a portion of it in Huntington WV as the song sounded very familiar when I first heard it. I could be mistaken though since that show was a couple of years prior to the release and there is no recording of that show. I wish there was because I absolutely loved hearing You're Crazy (appetite version) and Down on the Farm.

If the song was partially played during a jam, perhaps it was recorded at shows around the same time.

  2. Thanks for the time you put into this. This is excellent and will be downloaded by me and I'm sure many others who were at the show. It's great that we have so many sources and we can see all the different perspectives. It is really an incredible video.

By the way, I am The Grigify on Youtube though I don't know if I qualify as a forum member here with my low post count.

  3. I had a terrific weekend going to Cincinnati and Nashville. Needless to say, I am recuperating from lack of sleep and too much headbanging. rock3 It's funny that they played Civil War for the first time in years at a show I attended. In 2006, I was in Huntington when they played Down on the Farm for the first time in a very long time. I guess I won't be seeing anymore debuts of old songs at future shows since they are out of Farm Aid songs to break out of the vault. :D

Here are some of the pics I took in Nashville and I also posted a video:

  4. Last night was awesome. Thanks to Guns for putting on a killer show. I thoroughly enjoyed every moment including all of the solos and jams. There wasn't a single moment where I was bored. Since I had such a great time, I'm going to travel to Nashville and see them again tomorrow. I want more.

Here are a few of the pics I took and a snippet of Shackler's Revenge:

  5. MSNBC comes off as goofs no matter how you try to defend them. They got it wrong and that is terrible for a news organization. It hurts their reputation and they need to prevent these mistakes it they want to be taken seriously. I don't care if you think an official twitter account is a reputable source or not; the fact is, it bit them in the butt by putting their sole trust into it and not verifying it. There was no rush to run the story on their website. They should have waited like others did and gotten it correct instead of looking like goofs. Shame on MSNBC.
