i would love them to play Coma. It is abgreat song with some sweet guitar plus it's fitting since they are back from looking like Gnr was dead!

can't get there Thursday night as I hoped but I land Friday at 1pm and cannot wait!!!!! It's Axl, Slash and Duff!!!!! It will be EPIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

for all the crap DJ gets, he is a classy and respectful guy. He doesn't burn bridges and seems to realize he was just in GNR for a short time and loved the opportunity. I raise my glass to him for being so cool to the fans and just being an all around good guy. so many rock 'stars' are total db's but he seems to have an even keel head. sure, I didn't care for the little top hat but if it was homage to slash (maybe?) so be it. plus I like Sixx AM and saw them in vegas last year. they are a band n the rise.

Maybe they're just doing Vegas and Coachella. Hence no interviews, announced dates, etc.....

I don't think Axl can afford to do 4 shows with Duff and Slash, then go back to new Guns. People won't have it.

Vegas and Coachella really set up the US tour. Slash might have the same problem.

Daisies wouldn't replace Richard and Dizzy if its just 4 shows for them serving Axl, Duff, and Slash. I guess the big tour is on for Guns.

I agree. Fortus and Dizzy have to be in for a long tour for the Daisies to replace them. If this was just a few shows, they'd never leave the DD. I'm glad Fortus is still with GNR. He's been in the band for a long time, is a great player and doesn't seem to have the huge 'look at me play' attitude/ego that should work great with Slash.

not sure yet if I am flying in late Thursday or early Friday AM. I'll be going with a great friend and his wife. We can hopefully meet up with some for some drinks before the Friday night EPIC show!!!

April 8th in Vegas!!

I Liked CD, Catcher, TWAT, Prostitute, IRS and TIL. I wish, like many other fans, tat they released it earlier say 2004 and then another CD2 in 2008. However, do we truly know all the reasons for the delay? Sure, we have heard 'theories' but have we truly heard from Axl as to why it took so long? Anyways, I am very happy to see Slash and Duff back (and hoping Izzy is back at least part time and writing). Let's look at the past as a wasted decade plus and hope the next few years are a true GNR revival. Rock and music itself, needs GNR full force. The world doesn't;t need One Direction, Bieber, and the other Milli Vanillis. just my 2 cents.

Fortus for sure. He is a great guitarist and he knows the catalog. He's paid his dues and has played with the band for years. Why get rid of him for another newbie? Makes no sense. He is like Izzy's little younger clone.

hey, if Slash and Duff (and if Matt or Steven are included) tell Axl they want to play certain CD songs, then who are we to complain? Let's quit wondering of the what ifs and wait until we actually hear true details of who is in the band and then an actual setlist. New music would be ideal and who knows, maybe they will stun us all with some new music. weirder things have happened with this band...Paul Tobias??

remember Fernando's cryptic tweets about " Surely they will read between the lines". I am guessing they are in the studio and not only prepping for a surprise show but also recording new music (ok, hoping there!!). It is just great that they are back, even if it isn't all the AFD or UYI members. Let's just hope for a great tour and new music!

1. I want an energized Axl and the AFD (or UYI) era back (heck, I'll take Fortus and Thunderchucker too...they are great players anyways and seem like good guys) releasing a new cd and a monster tour. Make it happen Santa!!
