Ive been to a recordstore today to look for new gnr material and the guy had a KoHD days of thunder promo. I think it was 7'' and had the tom cruise on the cover. Never seen it before and cant find it on the internet. He said it was rare and wanted to sell it for 40 euros. He also had the illusiona outtakes for 15 euros and some other bootlegs.

My question is: are these rare to find and are the prices a steal or is he stealing my money if i buy it haha?

If the Use Your Illusion Outtakes cd on on the ACES HIGH and METAL SWORD/INGRAM SUICIDE labels, buy it immediately. If it is on the Homer label, or whatever it's called, it's still a good deal but the others have much more value. Any cds on the Aces High or Metal Sword/Ingram Suicide have a good value. Ask if he has more, if he does let me know this places email and I'd buy them if you aren't interested!

Ive been back there today to look at the Outtakes agains. Its on the homer label. He says that that is the oldest one you can get. He also got smoking guns 6 cd and 1 dvd box for 65 euros. And a german bootleg of a 1993 concert and something called freewheel bootleg. The outtakes will go for 25. ( I thought 15 my bad) he also has 2 japanese singles of wttj and another which i cannot remember.

Uyi 2 original vinyl for 25 and the lies banned inlay vinyl for 15

the japanese singles (official vinyl) should be nightrain and sweet child o mine , if it is a welcome to the jungle then that would be rare , the smoking guns 6cd is all over ebay , you could probably get it cheaper there if you persist a bit

The japanese singles are not on vinyl they are those mini cd's And its welcome to the jungle for sure the other one I'm not really sure

For the KoHD promo; im going to try and get it for 30 euros . Will post pictures of it if I buy it. All i know about it is that the disc was black and the.cover was red with the movie picture on it

I personally think what he wanted to say is those songs can only be performed correctly with axl . Just a little covered. I too think these would not fit in myles his vocal range. Esspecially the end of coma:)

I bought an appetite shirt in my local recordstore today and was wondering if it was real. It has the appetite cross at the front and on the back it says Guns n Roses and appetite for destruction in red and yellow letters. It also says on the front licensed by bravado .

The shirt label says gildan made in bangladesh. I searched gildan up and found out they print shirts and sell plain shirts .

Dont have a picture of the shirt now. I can make one when im at home if needed. Payed 20 euros for it. They also had the sweater which has the smae print only reversed for 49 euros

I hear he is very nice to the fans. I think he does a good job but wil never be accepted by the old fans because he's not slash. Im a big slash fan but I dont see all the hate DJ gets . Ok, he copies a lot of him and sometimes acts like the songs are his own material but you cant blame him for taking place in GnR. If the opportunity came for us to play with them I dont think anyone would hesitate a moment. Its a tough one following up gnrs original and beloved guitarist.

Inmy opinion AFD always was the more simple album. It's been my favourite ever since but I can't ignore the fact that UYI were better musically. The structure of the songs are not as straightforward as AFD songs and it has more of a bombastic sound. AFD represents the club days to me and uyi is where they hit it big with the stadium tours and horn sections on stage etc.

I would love to see it but it will never be the same as it was. Part of their greatness for me was their reckless image on stage. I think musically they would be awesome except for axl if he will not shape up.

Thats whats missing in the nugnr.the chemistry is long gone.
