Really wanted to stay up for Kimmel just incase (uk based) but after the big announcement being the nightrain tickets I am tempted to give in haha!

I agree. Just wondering if people started following GN'R because of the band members' looks, or because of the music they made? Because to me, it's the music that matters. And with Axl, it's his voice. If he sounds great, but people don't like his looks, they can always just close their eyes and listen.

I don't know anyone in real life who was around for AFD/UYI that cares about what he looks like. Seemingly grown ass men on here analyze his looks/clothes like it's the Zapruder films. We (old school fans)care about the music. Maybe these guys want to date Axl but I don't think he rolls like that. In real life,they'd probably kiss his ass if they ever met him.

Well... I agree that it might look like discussing weight of a man might be 'girly'... but men who are waiting and so excited with load in their pants for 5 guys to jump on stage are equally girly. None of us are biker gang members who care about booze drugs guns n money.

The reunion to me is about the performance/set list and potential new songs. If you want to as a grown man discuss another grown man's appearance and clothing,have at it,Broham. I'm just saying,I personally know no males over 35 who give a fuck about what any of them look like.I know image played a part in their success back in the day,I was around for it and didn't have to see it on YouTube clips. But nowadays,people can't wait to tear down their heroes for any reason. If Slash goes bald,will it affect his playing? Probably not but it'd be a 100 page thread here. Maybe some young ones on here should check back in 30 years and show us what they look like in their mid 50's.

I truly believe at some point we will see all five original members on stage at some point.

I see people talking about Izzy & Steven being left out...

Here's my take on it - I truly believe that without Izzy Guns N Roses wouldn't of been what they are today. Steven was a fuckin' awesome drummer that brought them killer headbanging moments to AFD...

Now with that said, I think Axl & TB need to be fair.. As someone else stated I think not being included in a reunion would kill Steven, but I think we all share the thought that a full tour would send him over the edge.. So why not have him play only the AFD & any Lies tracks and either Matt or Frank on the other songs? That seems the most fair to me.

As for Izzy.. I don't know, I would love to see him on stage again with the original line up and I think we will.. But I don't know if he'd be down for a tour..

Now before someone jumps on me and says "we don't even know if they will tour" I think it's pretty obvious that if a reunion is on the cards a tour is a given.

The fact she ran to Facebook straight away is reason enough for Slash not telling her (if a reunion is happening) which I strongly believe is..

I think alot of you are delusional.. No offence but it's true, alot of people I know who ain't big on GNR are even pumped about a reunion. You're also forgetting that Slash's brother stated that it was to his understanding that Axl was on a strict diet or something. If a reunion happens it'll be done right..

But to answer this post.. I think the majority of people including myself would be pissed off.

I was reading through this earlier and totally agreed with what someone said about most people seeing Duff Slash & Axl as a legit reunion.. A true reunion needs Izzy Stradlin. That guy truly is the unsung hero of GNR. In my opinion atleast.

I think that's abit unfair to say, there's a few songs from the original line up that ain't exactly masterpieces but made the cut. If My World can make the cut I don't see why something like Better couldn't.

In regards to the talk of CD2 personally I'd like to hear it. I don't think it'd be anything great, it'd just be nice to hear "new" material. Saying that though, it shouldn't be Axls main focus. If anything just put it on Spotify as an exclusive and leave it at that. I think from here on the main goal should be to reunite with Slash Duff & Izzy in the studio and put serious work in to making a killer album. As for the drummer I just don't know if having Adler back would be the wisest move due to his personal health especially if they do actually tour together again..

With all the bickering about what specific line up should happen I'll just take a moment and lighten things up and suggest Tracii Guns & Rob Gardner be included in the reunion ?
