Vanessa is at iron maiden in Glasgow so I'd say that's a safe bet the band are in town.
Yea they’re playing the Hydro tonight. Seen lots of fans in Iron Madien shirts and things .

Are the band actually in Glasgow yet? Anyone know where they’re staying?

I’m going tomorrow. Saw Guns in 2017 night 2 at Twickenham, was brilliant, hoping for more of the same tomorrow.
The pessimist in me keeps looking at my emails to see if the gig has been cancelled or not 😄 especially after last year when it got cancelled the night before.

I dunno if I should be nervous or looking forward to the Glasgow gig on Tuesday. Maybe Axls voice will be shot or maybe he will be riding high after tonight?
The public seemed to have enjoyed Guns tonight’s and on social media most people I seen were defending Axl from the poor sound mixing

I’m seeing them in Glasgow on Tuesday and after tonight I’m actually looking forward to it.
the sound-guy should be fired though. Awful mixing tonight.

I’m watching on BB2 , it’s on Reckless Life just now. I think it should be dropped from the set. Some rasp in there but some Mickey starting to come through a bit.

Is anyone else nervous about this performance? This is the general public Guns are performing for and not their fan-base. I’m nervous in case people go after Axl because of how he sounds these days unless he really knocks it out the park. The Micky Mouse falsetto doesn’t sound good

I quite enjoy listening to rehearsals and I am just wondering if there is any audio floating about of G N'R rehearsing on any of there tours?

Bono's mullety hair!
Axl is quite a big fan of U2. As a big fan of both U2 and G N'R i just don't see any point in comparing the two bands it's like comparing Nine Inch Nails to Coldplay

I love Oasis. Always have, always will. Most bands would kill to have a career worth of their B-Sides.
*Edit: Maybe an unpopular opinion but I've always liked Noel's voice better than Liam's.I prefer Noels voice as well.
When I seen U2 in London a few weeks ago Noel was the support act and he was great

Any other Oasis fans here? I love them. The first song I ever bought was Don't Look Back in Anger I was like 5 or 6 at the time so I grew up in that whole BritPop era, Oasis, Pulp e.t.c. played a massive part in my childhood.
I have all Oasis album's my favourite one is probably Morning Glory or Heathen Chemistry, Be Here Now is OK as well. Aside from the albums Oasis B Sides are also superb, this is my fave one
Yea I'm a pretty big Oasis fan

As a gay person, I'm not really bothered by Axls comments / lack of regarding being gay or anything else. I think people need to remember he came from a ultra conservative background, so anything he says is just a product of his upbringing, it's not necessarily him being homophobic , of course some people will see it that way. I also think a lot of what he said back in the day was just him being juvenile. Axl isn't a homophobic person, he's just very much a product of his time and place. A lot of people say stupid shit when they were younger, myself included.

Holy shit. You met Michael Jackson?? Details please!
I did, yea. It was in Harrords in London in either 2002 or 2003. Anyway, i was minding my own and then all of sudden the part of the store i was in suddenly got very busy, there was like loads of fuss and people kept rushing over to one area and I was wondering what was going on, so out of curiosity i went over to see what was happening, and low and behold it was Michael Jackson. People were following him everywhere, i was sort of staying back cause I'm not really one to get star struck or anything like that, anyway, long story short, the store was closing and so people were starting to leave and once the crowds thined out a bit I got to meet Michael, shake his hand e.t.c. I was surprised at how tall he was, but he was friendly enough, i didn't get a picture with him or anything like that, but yea I shook his hand and spoke to him very briefly. If I'd known he'd have been there I would have brought my Dangerous album along for him to sign xD

I just purchased the P90X fitness program, I'm curious, has anyone else here followed the program? I'm already a pretty fit guy, i go swimming 3x a week and swim 50 lengths each time I go so I have no problem with exercising. I bought P90X as it's something I can do in the house, however, the cooking side of it is really alien to me so I'll struggle with that I think.

Does anyone have the sheet music for Estranged in the original key? The ones I keep coming across are in Gm when I think it's written in Bmaj
