  1. I never complain bout the setlist. Never say "too many covers" etc... Im always defending the band everywhere! I look to justify their actions like a blind teenager in love... but how can last night be ok? Smh... I heard the whole while driving from Rhode Island To North Carolina w my kids... was actually JEALOUS of the people that got tix last night... by the end of it I was glad I didn't go. It would've slowed down my trip... Unless 7/27 is something different... Not gonna worry bout seeing them this year... There's no justification of last night. None. Throw in Out Ta Get Me and Think About You and that alone would've been worth it! We GNR fans are that easy... but no... another "opportunity" lost...

  2. I don't even listen to Live Era anymore...because I was soooo disappointed back in 1999 when it came out that it was re-recorded vocals smh. I had just joined the Army and Live Era came out right after Oh My God did...I was so excited but then I heard it and couldn't believe what I was hearing. Don't they know the die hards HAVE ALL THOSE BOOTLEGS??? We can tell the difference smh. The ONLY song that's probably 100% live is It's So Easy... my fav from the album... and then the US got screwed when Japan got Coma as an extra track... man those were some tough years hahha

Where and when did I say that people should not express there opinions and feel free to express there displeasure with the way a particular song sounds? I made a simple point to those whining about the setlist and lack of surprises that there position has no foundation. The facts are that there have been many songs added to the setlist since the tour started ( 19 shows ago not counting Coachella) Including Coma, OTGM, My Michelle, Sorry and Catcher In the Rye and the surprises that people seek have Included Sebastion Bach and Steven Adler. So people arguing that the setlist Is stale, boring and the same night after night Is false.

    Also TWAT in Mexico...

I can't see Guns playing stadiums again In the US after this tour. And I can't see huge demand for another US tour without a classic new GNR album to support.

When KISS reunited in 96 they only played a couple of stadium shows. They were mostly Arenas and alot of those arena shows weren't sold out. This is wayyyy more profitable then that. KISS had all 4 original members and this is still bigger... If GNR was playing Arenas here in the US, Every show will be a sellout. Multiple shows per city at that.

Still waiting for DtJ and TIL from last night

I have TIL on my Periscope somewhere. Jbat81. Couldn't get DTJ... iPhone froze after like 1000 live viewers. It was very hard not to sing along. Did best I could considering they played Coma again... DTJ sounds great btw. I like that Frank plays faster...

I could not disagree more. Coma alone was worth the money for me, though

I thought Axl sounded absolutely killer. The clean voice sounded weak at certain parts but I thought he balanced that out by 'going for it' on songs like Coma, LALD, KOHD, Better, Nightrain... his low voice on DTJ and ISE was intense. He sang clean a lot but didn't sound 'mickey' very often IMO.

Here's the way I see it: Axl started this tour sounding better than he did at the last 2014 shows, which gives me a ton of confidence that he can get back to 2010-form by the time I see them in Seattle. He always improves over the first few shows and he started this one pretty fucking strong.

Anyway, hope they keep Coma in the set but I wouldn't mind if they replaced it with Locomotive  (hope they add TWAT, too!)

Hearing Coma AND TWAT during soundcheck was worth the $1254 I paid for VIP!!!! Unreal
