Serial Killer should be played. Period.

Music wise it's OK but lyrically it's horrible
I don't think he's ever wrote very good lyrics. I appreciated most of the solo stuff he released even though most of it has been quite simple lyric-wise. I might just be a simple dude.

SHIT YES SON!!!
Sounds awsome to me! Really really his laidback style! What he's doing right now is just making me want all the more that he's part of future GnR songwriting. It's just what they need!
...that said I am afraid that it won't happen.

Awsome that they let other than the "big three" be seen and heard in their latest video snipet!
-
This is just comical! Okay, if he had just said that Axl sold out or whatever, but this farce is waay beyond that.
-
Thing is Axl's always dressed over the top in whatever style he has persued. I mean to me some of the clothing from 2002 just looked like a joke, but if I try to look at it a bit more objectively his style has always looked kind a like a joke, just depending on what style suits you.
That said I am glad that he got rid of the childish look of that era, he is a grown man after all and it's just silly to try to look much younger than you really do. He was in good shape in 2001 though... Well, just ramblin' here, but that said, I appriciate the toned down approach he sometimes sports today, just jeans and t-shirt.

The old Axl is fucking back! This second show was better, he doesn't scream as much, his old voice with full body is back. Love the way he sings those middle/low parts with partial "rasp", kind of like what you hear in Don't Damn Me.
I have always heard and felt that he is capable of pulling that off, but he chooses not to with GnR.
GRYM JÄVLA SPELNING och ännu fetare insats av Axl.
Sjukt kul att det är så fett! Bra år.

Wtf up with a lot of you guys in here? "Axl's a douche", "the band is fucked up"? "i got up from bed and I didn't get anything that wasn't promised me"... Blah blah. That the band does not want their show to be streamed doesn't make them asshats. It's just their choice and don't worry, in a few hours you're gonna get a LOT of videos on youtube, there really is no reason for hating.
If you want you could speculate though. I beileve the reasons to be:
1. The band still does not feel 100% sure of themselves and wouldn't want to risk streaming a failed show.
2. They do not want the first large scale offical videos of the reunion to be with Axl on a throne (allthough it is a awsome throne)
3. They want to sell a stadium tour this summer and as they (as of yet) seem to base the promotion solely on the myth and legacy of the band a stream might be contraproductive. <- I see it like this: if they want to introduce new music they will likely stream a show when they do it, to really create mass interest afterwards.

Yes, ultimately I just want new studio material with Axl's voice. He wasted so many prime years and he has one of the most unique voices in music. I want to get as much new material as possible before his voice is completely gone due to old age.
I agree, as much as I enjoyed watching streams from the reunion shows the concept of new studio music is what really gets me going!

I think this is great! It's just a month-isch and it gives Axl the opportunity to do a thing that presumably is very satisfactory to him. I just think this contribute - a long with the reunion - to a more happy Axl (with possibly could lead to new GnR music. Here's to hoping)!

Foo Fighters are too big right now to open GNR or any band. Besides they're takin' a break.
This. I would really love to see some FF-GnR collaboration, but apart from what many GnR-fans seems to think, Foo Fighters ain't no everyday rock band, Foo Fighters sell out the largest stadiums themselves (probably more so than Guns N' Roses in this place in time). That said, I would be a happy fuck IF they would find ways to work/tour together.

How does that sound??
It sounds awsomesouce. Aside GnR I feel that FF is the best rock band, still rocking, so to speak. And some kind of musicial collaboration would probably be top notch.

Yes please. I actually attended to the show were Grohl broke HIS leg. He's a fucking hero and one of the most talented rock musicians out there today, imho. Not that I mind Frank actually, he's good enough, but he lacks any real 'rock persona' that I like to see out of a true GnR member!
Btw, I had an account here back in the days, looking for leaks before ChiDem and so on. After the album I kinda lost interest quite a lot. But I continued on as a lurker for several years, but as the reunion drew closer I felt more and more drawn into it again, and damn right, this last two weeks I've been glued in front of a screen to follow any updates, the Troubour show, watching streams from the Vegas shows and I must say, I'm happy as fuck. It's all just awsome and the band sounds great!
Some new music and (and an european tour, I'm swedish) and all is gooood! Cheeers!

So I’m epically late to the party, seeing I hardly post these days, and just lurk around from time to time. But it’d love to hear these tracks now, and not wait until an eventual release…
