if Rubin really is the producer though, I sure hope there's someone else there to assist with the mixing and mastering.
Rubin doesn’t mix or master, he’s a producer. I can’t remember him doing any mixing for decades, certainly not on big named artist albums. He’s a great producer with his finger on the pulse. Funnily enough, I think he got a co-mix credit on Sheryl Crow’s Sweet Child O’ Mine 😆
