Any word from those who went to the DC show how they handled the lithographs with the rest of the merch? Did they limit the lithos to one per person and was there a seperate line to get them?

I went straight for the rail in the pit so I didn't see what the stands were like before the show, but I saw multiple people who came to the pit later on that had several lithos each. I went to one of the stands after the show was over and was able to buy 2 (I just asked for 2 straight away, didn't see if I could get more). It looked like there were probably another 3 or 4 left after that. There was no separate line though.

Looking for a pit pass for Winston Salem, don't care which side.  Thanks!

Pit tickets for Winston-Salem just went back up on Ticketmaster if you're still looking. I'd been monitoring the second-hand sites for a few weeks now and prices haven't come down yet, so I'm glad I was able to get one for face value.

Same deal for Hershey, for anyone who's interested.

  3. I have nothing against Eddie Trunk, but for him to just ramble on with the shit he did is embarrassing. I don't care if he doesn't follow the band as closely as we all do, this was the same show they've been doing for 18 months. And that's not a complaint from me! I'll gladly listen to them perform this set over and over, but let's at least call it what it is.

Why bother playing this show?  It sounds great but why did they need to do this? How much more money do they need?

Why not play this show? How is them playing this show negatively affecting you in any way? They're a rock band, and they play shows...that's why.

  5. So I got my Foxboro posters put into one big frame with my ticket stubs shortly after the concerts. I live in Baltimore but my parents are up near Foxboro. By the time it was done I was back in Baltimore, so my parents picked it up and have been keeping it at their house. While I was home for Christmas we packaged it up to send it down to me, and it came today.

    No automatic alt text available.

So that's fucking wonderful. I guess I've learned my lesson about shipping framed pictures. We wrapped it up so securely I thought there was no way anything could happen to it. The broken glass would be one thing, but it gouged the shit out of the posters in a number of spots. A quick look of eBay shows that the 7/20 poster is available for $395 and 7/19 isn't available at the moment. Not sure what I'm going to do. Don't want to keep sinking money into this so maybe I'll just reframe it like it is with scratches...probably better than nothing. Really disappointing though.

Thanks. If you go to this link:

    http://ktla.com/2016/08/18/guns-n-roses-dodger-stadium-preview/

The guy says "Axl has been hitting the stage at around 9:30." It'll take me an hour to get to the stadium and I'm Lyfting, plus meeting my wife who's coming straight from work. Just wanna make sure I won't get there too early, but most importantly, never too late.

9:30 has been the start time at a number of venues, but the show time is earlier tonight, and they've generally been hitting the stage at whatever the set start time is. Be there by 8!
