The first guy we reached this morning said we couldn't do same-day upgrades. Called again immediately after and an amazing lady was able to make the change for us. So, if you have any trouble on your first try, try again.

Had to call them twice.  First person said they couldn't do same day upgrades.  I explained a lot of people were doing it and she couldn't help.  Second guy said the same thing about same day, but when I said that "friends of mine" have done it in the past hour, he put me on hold and upgraded me.  Section B3, row 1, 7 and 8.   6 and 7 are available at the moment too.

How does one go about upgrading?  Looks like there are some standard tix closer than my current seats in B5

Also a parking tip: the soldier field website sells parking to their official lots ahead of time. If you are planning on parking in an official lot on day of without prepaying, you may be sol.

I'm with SteveVH4 on both questions he asked.  Can I get some better, unsold seats that match what I paid, and parking.

Yeah, they look to be decent.  I'm just worried about parking.  I have a 3 hour commute to the concert because I live in Aurora and my friend coming with me lives out west of Elgin and I'm the driver (and the one who bought the tix, and is giving to him at face value).  Man, I'm getting screwed, lol.  

Parking seems it might be a bit of a problem.  B5, row 1, seats 23-24 if we ever get there.  I could've had better seats but I went for that nighttrain pre-sale mess and I'm lucky to have gotten what I got.
