Fines are issued. Bands normally do pay them but it's based off of how long you go over.

Local papers seem to think 8:45 is what they're saying. Earlier ticket start time, other venues were 8:30 and tonight is 7:30

Mark my words. I've seen quite a few shows at heinz and the end time is 11:30 or earlier. Has nothing to do with Steelers games, it's concerts. Loud, pyro, add it to the list. There is a strict curfew. Same with Gillette Stadium. They have to be off at 11:00 pm on a weekday. That's why ticket time is 7:00 pm. There's even articles out there about it.

Earlier ticket time by an hour for this show. 7:30 instead of 8:30, I'd expect them at 8:45 - 9:00. Pittsburgh has a strict curfew, 11:30 at heinz field for events

So they closed the top level on the sides of Heinz Field for tomorrow and moved those people to the lower level, which is fine. But, the only problem that I have is that I paid face value to sit in the lower bowl and those people who paid less to sit up top now get to sit lower and closer. I know it would never happen, but ticketmaster so at least give a portion of the ticket funds back to those who paid to sit there.

Ticket time is an hour earlier tonight boys. Several outlets are reporting a possible 8:45 start time for GNR tonight. Pittsburgh has strict curfew limits as to why the ticket time is 7:30 and not 8:30. I'd expect them on well before the usual 9:20-9:45 start time.
