  1. I don't really count them in HEAVY or METAL category but, people call 'em Hair Metal so:

    Ratt

    Motley Crue

    Cinderella

    Whitesnake

    Skid Row

    Poison

    Slaughter

    Roxx

    Mama Kin

    L.A. Guns

    Pretty Boy Floyd

    Bon Jovi

    etc.

  2. What do you think would have happened if randy rhoads did not leave quiet riot... would they suck like their first two albums with him and never reach the commercial success that they deserve, or would they become a legendary cd and release albums that their calibur would reach that of Diary of a Madman and Blizzard of Ozz?

So Randy didn't play on Metal Health?

Btw.i think that they would rock better that ozzy

  3. What first round? At some stage I said Pump was ther best. But I love Permanent Vacation alot as well. I never listen to pump now. But I throw on DTL all the time. But my fav is Draw the Line. Most of their old stuff i dont like, but Draw the Line is classic. Can't Get It Up. Draw the line is seen as being totally half assed. 9 tracks, one decent song, a cover jam at end to try and extend it. But I love it. In fact if I had a band I would release all my albums with only 9 tracks. It's so cool, we could be bothered to throw in the filler. 8 tracks plus a really terrible cover. A punk version of I should be so lucky by Kylie just in case it leads to a possibility that I could fuck her on the mixing desk.

Aerosmith really need to go back to a more basic recording technique. 8 track. All there stuff is so produced now its horrible and each time they say this one is so raw but its just another polished turd. They are all demon players they should just record it live in studio like Live like and suicide was and then touch it up a bit if its really bad but it would rock. Some really intimate document of a great band.

Well there was Round 1 like 3 weeks ago,and TITA won,Rocks were second & NITR had 0 votes.DTL...Fuckin' awesome album!Get It Up-I really can' understand why people don't like the song,it has great rnr rhythm.Bright Light Fright is so bad & disorted that is amazing.Milk Cow Blues-probably the best cover ever.

    PS-Hope you make a band,and make it.

    RNR IS HERE TO STAY

AND HE IS GONNA ROCK YOU OUTTA HIS WAY

  4. 1987 or 1991 the last year of rock.

87 had Def Leppard Hysteria, the return of Aerosmith, Guns N Roses AFD, Alice Coopers last tradional rock album, Michael Jackson Bad (I like it :scared: ),Motley Crue Girls girls girls, U2 The joshua tree, Whitesnakes Self Titled album and a lot more.

    Or your have 1991

91 had Alice Cooper Hey stupid, The illusions, David Lee roth a little aint enough, van halen F.U.C.K, Lenny kravitz mama said, Metallica the Black Album, Ozzy No more tears, Queen Innuendo, Red hot chilli peppers blood sex sugar magic, Skid row slave to teh grind, Tom Petty into teh great wide open, U2 Achtung baby.

theres more crazy good years but those are the ones that first came to mind.

YOU FUCKIN" READ MY MIND  !!!! YOU rock3

  5. Draw The Line is there best album. This is the spirit of rock n roll in full effect. Draw The Line, Kings and Queens and Bright Light Fright rock. They were obviously under duress when they recorded this. But it rocks!!!

    <{POST_SNAPBACK}>

I see you done your homework.

btw-i don't remember that you voted for Draw The Line in the first round,I was only one to vote for that album.

  6. I'd recommend the self titled debut album first.

That CDs got the tracks that most people would know from them like "18 and life" and "Youth Gone Wild"

I've only heard the self titled album and "Slave To The Grind". I enjoyed both.

The self titled album is probably more on the "hair metal" scale, compared to "Slave To The Grind" but both albums have some solid tunes and some more "fun" tunes (Big Guns comes to mind).

So yeah, get those two. If you want to buy only one Skid Row album at first, I'd get the debut, but that's just me.
