Anyone know why so many people didn't make it in until halfway through the gig? I was sat in my seat 2 hours before the gig started haha.

Still think Frank isn't that great a drummer tbh. Sure he's okay but I was listening to the drumming yesterday and constantly thinking "This would sound so much better with Adler". Frank's drumming is just so basic and boring. But we all know how stubborn Axl can be. We won't be seeing Stevie for a while unfortunately 

For those new to London, stand on the left of escalators if you're standing and stand on the right if you're walking up/down. If you see a seat on the tube, grab it ASAP. Can't tell you how much I needed these tips when I first went

Yep I'd imagine the Connaught. They'll probably be drinking in the bar after the gig but they'll no doubt be swarmed by mega fans or they'll have security not letting anyone get close so I wouldn't bother tbh.

Is anyone going to the pop up store on Conduit Street? I will be as I've just been paid, and they'll probably have some exclusive stuff in there.

Received my GETMEIN tickets a few days ago. UPS and GETMEIN informed me by email when they were dispatched.

Resale ticket arrived via UPS today. All 3 tickets ready to rock.

Am I the only one here slumming it in the upper tiers? Will be miles away but still can't wait.

Anyone sat in the upper tiers for the AC/DC gig? What was it like? I assume the layout will be practically the same.

Received mine today (UK). The tickets are fine but it's a shame they're not rectangular keepsake style ones.

Anybody got any idea what the big announcement today could be? Hopefully something cool to do with the next leg of the tour. If I had to guess I'd say it's probably just another leg of the tour.

Bit anxious travelling over now with the tradegy in Manchester, hopefully nothing like that will happen again 

 

Stadiums and Arenas will be the safest place to be now. I know it sounds horrible but security at arenas and stadiums has been lax for a long time. Hopefully the 22 innocents didn't die in vain and this leads to safer concerts.

I knw its manchester and not london but this type of thing should not be happening anywhere 

Such a shame. Scary to think I was there a few months ago seeing Sabbath and I'll be there seeing Linkin Park in July. Let's hope this doesn't get out of hand and doesn't affect concerts in the UK. Prayers for victims families tonight.

Edit: it's unconfirmed whether or not this was an attack or some other factor caused to blast. Still a huge shame.

Well from the gigs I've been to (none of which were GnR) the band usually took stage 3 hours after doors.

Edit: this ain't the illusion era. Axl and the rest of the band are far more punctual these days.

In my experience, backpacks are usually banned, but if you're lucky they may just check it and let you in. Not sure how it's done at London Stadium 

As for the timings, doors are at 3, by the time the support acts have done their thing, I'd expect GnR to take the stage around 6.

Staying at a nearby Travelodge. Was going to get the tube to Clapham Junction through to Woking to stay with my sister but I ain't dealing with tubes straight after an 80,000 gig haha.
