look, i never said we should take it as 100% as fact.....but some of you act like this is all "unsubstantiated rumor" Billboard is a VERY reliable site....they dont report stuff unless their sources are VERY good.....the source of their first Best Buy story was Azoff himself...

the best buy convention happened....the new songs in RB2 and Body of lies happened....the RSS stuff is true(I checked myself asking a best buy employee), mysteron said the plan is to releas it 11/23...so now all we can do is wait and see if these plans come to fruitation...in gnr world things change, but it sounds like stuffs on the right track..theyll announce it when Best Buy/Universal feel fit to announce it...if the deal was Just signed a couple weeks ago, they need to get track ready for single release, promo activities in place etc. before they actually announce it....

Whats really fuckin strange is the fact that If the world is being played as we speek across america and it hasnt been aknowledged by the guns camp, not even a quick sentence like for SR. V strange, anyone else worried about this?

At least it's in Pitman's blog. I wouldn't be too worried about it... Maybe they don't think it's such a big deal to have it in a movie, and they want to save everything for the "big" announcement.

To be honest I don't think If The World is single material (at least not 1st single)... It needs to be something that people will like & remember from the first listen.

Some people think it's cool to dislike everything. Some people even get paid for doing so (I'm talking about critics).

I'm starting to like If The World. I didn't listen to it at first because it didn't sound like GnR to me, but I like it now. Just give it a chance every now and then, even if you didn't like it last time you heard it.

Axl's sick so he takes a couple of days off. Do you want him to die or something? Strep throat (like many other illnesses) can cause serious heart problems if you excercise when you're still on antibiotics.

I had a dream couple of days ago. In my dream I woke up and had received a text message. It was from my sister and it said "Axl Rose has died last night etc....". I was devastated. I went to check out the messageboards and they were all closed. What a nightmare.

When I woke up for real, I didn't know if I had really received that message or not. I was so afraid to check my messages, and so relieved when I realised my sister hadn't sent me anything that night.

That dream still haunts me, it felt so real. So stop whining, things could be far worse than what they are now.

This sounds a lot like the list from Universal that someone said they had at HMV (?).

So either the guy working in Hamburg record store is lying, this poster is lying, the HMV dude is lying, or CD is actually listed in some 'order lists' or whatever they are called.

Who knows.

If the rumour's true, at least they're now trying to figure out how many copies to send to record stores. That doesn't meant it wouldn't get postponed even after the record stores have mailed out their 'orders' does it?

I hated the new Star Wars trilogy and I've been a SW fan since I was 11. In some way, you're right. But I don't think Axl is as 'blind' as old George. George Lucas wanted to please too many different types of audience and failed miserably. Axl's not going to do that.

I definitely would! But I will also buy the album no matter what (even if it sucks and I don't like one single song). I've been waiting for it for years. At least I'll have something to show my grandkids when I'm old.
