All in all, Slash has made this reunion as big and successful as it is imo, without a doubt. He is the primary attraction. Big fan of Axl's too, just a shame he decides to sing the majority of the material in that pathetic gut wrenching falsetto of his, and it's even sadder that the majority of fans on here just accept it and defend it. He does not need to use that voice whatsoever. I saw them at Slane, great show, but I could tell clearly that his voice sounded like shit for a great proportion of it. It's quite sad, but it is what it is.

I saw the Houston show and thought it was wonderful. After looking through this forum it appears I got very lucky. Going to Denver on wed, hopefully its a good vocal performance.

  2. First time posting here. Been lurking for a while to catch set lists etc. This is my 2nd show on this tour.... super pumped for both the opener Sturgil and GNR!

gonna be an interesting night..... I love GNR but as i got older my interest went to jam bands. Grew up on GNR as a kid in 90s but they broke up when I was young.

Saw nugnr in 2006, bunch of VR shows and then slash open for aerosmith but nothing was "GNR" that i loved as a kid.

fast forward to 2016 best buds all met up in houston and it was wonderful (minus skrillex who i wanted to drag off the stage and beat with a soap filled sock.), looks like i got lucky with AXl's best performance of the tour.

2017 Denver, going with my girlfriend and a buddy and his wife. None are huge concert goers, heres hoping to catch lighting in a bottle twice and get fire vocals from AXL!

side note, sales for this show look pretty bad....
