Fake. Unfortunately, the picture that user "Sweersa" posted also contains forgeries. Most COA's are fake, and printed in someone's basement. Even reputable third party authenticators get it wrong. I got burned on a fake set of sigs years back. I have done a lot of research since then.

These ones are fake too. Are they from the same seller? There are fakes everywhere but a lot of them seem to come from the UK. I would not trust a COA unless it comes from PSA DNA, but even they make mistakes some times.

Sorry but they are definitely fakes. I would compare them to known examples and you can see that there are many differences.

This poster was supposedly signed in 1994 and given to a guy named Paul Grabowsky as a gift, he wrote and reviewed articles in various rock and metal magazines. I was wondering if anyone has heard of him before. Also, do the signatures look legit. I know that Gilby's looks a bit different but I know that he signed his full name a few times in the early 90's. Axl's signature is faded, and Matt's is hard to see, but tell me what you think. Thanks!

As others pointed out, it is a forgery. I am glad you caught it and were able to return it. There are a lot of fake COA's out there that people will literally print in their basement. Axl's signature looks simple but there is actually a lot of unique characteristics that the forgers consistently miss.
