kaneda, i would like to thank you for your honest albeit controversial post, and not choosing to jump on the merry-go-round. it is never plain sailing with GNR, god knows what is going on now..i used to be an avid reader of this forum. however the last few weeks this has been diminishing severely

it is infuriating when people throw around the word genius as a way to describe justin timberlake or axl for that matter

Genius: Newton, Rembrandt, Mozart, Leonardo Da Vinci etc

to be quite honest i am livid at these people who think everything is always dandy in the world of GNR...for god's sake the world would be a pretty boring place if they were no critics, we are fans..we have the right to voice our opinion, it is foolhardy to suggest that this website is good, and i'm not jumping on the GNR-hate bandwagon, i think the new songs are enduring and have immense potential just some people...really do leave alot to be desired

Surprise visit to the Teenage Cancer Trust

Guns n' Roses singer Axl Rose has made a surprise visit to the Teenage Cancer Trust Ward at the University

College Hospital in London.

The singer had just completed Guns N' Roses' controversial European tour, culminating with a final date at

Wembley Arena a week last Sunday (July 30).

Simon Davies the CEO of the Teenage Cancer Trust Ward said: "We were so touched that Axl wanted to visit

the Teenage Cancer Trust ward in London.

"Axl spent time speaking with each of the patients individually asking about their diagnosis and treatment,

and what they enjoyed doing when they were not in hospital. Speaking with patients after Axl's visit, I got a

real sense of just how excited they were to have met him and how much it lifted their spirits."

The Teenage Cancer Trustis known for its strong links with rock music. Each year The Who singer Roger

Daltrey produces a week of shows at the Royal Albert Hall, which this year featured Bloc Party and

Razorlight.

I even do not understand why he is not willing to put out a double CD or two separeted Discs like User Your Illusion. We have waited that long now..so a double CD would be more than fair!
