In case anyone is interested - I used Archive.org to look at previous captures of the calendar for the Troubadour to see when this event was added.  Has this Girl Rock thing been there for months - or was it added around the time Adler cancelled at the Whiskey to be somewhere else?

There is a capture for March 13 and one for March 23.  Adler cancelled on March 21.  The Girl Rock event is there on March 23.  If you look at March 13 however, all of the other events are on the calendar - but April 1 is blank.  No event.  So this event was added right around the same time Adler cancelled and was the only event on their April calendar added that late.

My point is just that saying that Izzy was responsible for writing 65% of the GNR catalogue is a bit absurd, when he has no songwriting credit at all on 19/30 USI songs and the songwriting is shared on most of the others.  If anyone still wants to think Izzy wrote 65% (was this number pulled out of thin air) of GNR's catalog I really don't care.  Use your illusion indeed!

Just going off the credits on Use Your Illusion - Izzy has a songwriting credit on 11 songs and Axl has a songwriting credit on 22 songs.  To say that Izzy was the "main" songwriter is a stretch, but he most definitely was a very important one.
