That's all GN'R needs...more EGO. I like JC, but he's got an ego the size of Axl's (okay...maybe not THAT big). I could see this for touring purposes, but not for recording.
Ah...hell...at this point, I could care less who's on the axe. Put Kermit the Frog on guitar, but just put the goddamn record out and start touring again!!!
