During the concert Axl said something about that he lost his soul and it took a while but he found it again. Anyone heard what he said? I think it was right before Slash solo.

I did have the oportunity to meet ron thal and frank ferrer when I saw them outside the hotel before the show in oslo 28th june, but I didn't wanted to bother them. But now I regret I didn't tried to talk with them.

Allin....far and away the most sick , twisted , & fucked up human being ever to walk the planet earth....he is the true king of rock & roll.......his satge act including brutality against bandmates and fans , oral sex , defication , drug use , and other lude acts.....he and the murder junkies only usually performed for about 10-15 minutes until security took them away.....G.G. Allin died after he was denied access to the stage on halloween when he promised he was going to kill himself on stage.....he left the show naked & bloody and went to a friends new york apartment where he overdosed on heroin & died......G.G. Allin , a true rock & roll legend....I also to this day wear a bracelet on my right hand that says "WWGGD"...What Would G.G. Do?

What's so rock and roll about that? Typical for bands that play shit music is that they have to do something that will take attention away from the music.

Nothing negative. Just that it was a gamle if the showed up. And the TV2 joked with the girls about the biting. And the girl said she would be happy if he bit her in the leg.

Only negative thing was about the time they showed I think. Said little about the show and the band.

When we were in line a guy who works in Spectrum walked by uss and we asked him to hook us up with axl, and he just laughed at us.. but like after an hour he came back with Guns n' Roses posters! i can take a picture off it for u guys if u want;)

ohh yeah, we also went into Plaza hotell and asked for Axl, they laughed at us and said "He's over at Grand" which is on Karl-Johan Street.

I stayed at Grand Hotel and I did see Frank and Bumblefoot standing on the street outside the hotel when I was going to Spektrum. I didn't talk to them because I think they were talking to a another guy. But I do regret a bit I didn't try to talk with them. But did Axl also stay at Grand?

Well when it comes to a single I don't have a damn clue what they are doing. Rumours have them shooting a video right now, and if they were doing any shooting at all during the New York shows you'd figure a single must be only weeks away. July is a pretty good guess. Given the setlist in NY, Better would be the obvious choice. But they may just use some general footage from those concerts and put that over a song that wasn't played.

The NY shows were warm up shows though. It's not necessarily the set list that the band is going to use to promote the album. That set list could start as early as Rio. They will be on a much bigger stage and to me it's the official start of promotion for the album. I suspect we may hear more new material. At the very least I'd expect all the leaks to be played at the show, aside from maybe CITR. It's time to debut a new song though. That was one of the few disappointments of the Hammerstein shows.

As for Slash, man I thought I was delusional! To think some still think he's coming back anytime soon. Look, I'd love nothing more but there's no evidence to think this is anything more than wishful thinking. A bunch of us were almost convinced (some were) that he would appear in NY. Didn't happen.

An album that Axl has spent almost ten years constructing, with a bunch of guys that have stuck around (aside from BH). Plus, the music is good. We all know it. They know it. What do we really expect, that Finck will just leave so that Slash can take over? Finck isn't going anywhere. He wants to stay, and Axl wants him to. It's obvious Axl likes Robin. Slash will not step in and fill in for Thal because Slash isn't going to do the shredding parts. He would play Robin's bluesy parts. But like I said, Robin ain't going anywhere, and there is no way Slash would want to share solos with him. If Slash is coming back he's going to be the other "star" in the band and he would get all the solos. It's not fuckin' happening man. When CD has played out then we can talk.

I want to personally thank Slash for coming on the air and taking on ALL the rumors head-on. Thanks to the mygnr.com guy that called and asked the question that we all been wanting to know which started my " Slash, Say it ain't so" Campaign. He DID NOT show up to Axl's house. I feel guilty as hell questioning Slash on this.

Axl is the liar. Axl does need his old band. Why the hell do you think that when reunion rumors were circulating, he NEVER shot them down until the last minute. Instead, he used them to promote the upcoming shows. Axl is so full of BS it's not even funny.

He went on the air to answer ANY questions, to take on any rumor head-on, and squash them all. He didn't have stipulations like that red headed singer.
