rawpowerocks
Can anybody shed any light on this? The 1991 re-issue of Lies (UK issue).I can only ever find ones for sale that have a white paper inner sleeve and not a printed inner sleeve. Can anyone confirm if this did only come with a plain inner sleeve or not?It seems weird that out of all the UK Guns N' Roses vinyl's released, regardless of the pressing/issue that this was the only one that did not have a printed inner sleeve?Even the AFD re-issue from the same time had a printed inner sleeve so why would Lies not?Below are the issue details.Guns N' Roses LiesFormat = VinylCat Number = GEF 24198Front cover = 2nd edited versionReleased = 1991Printed in = GermanyReleased = UKHave any of you actually got this issue of Lies with a printed inner sleeve? sr_chanfere
they were sold without it. they were to sell all over europe, not uk only.here in portugal they came without inner...its hard to confirm, but i believe 99,99% that they didnt come with inner anywhere, it was a cheaper re-issue
rawpowerocks
yes it was the re-issue, but the AFD vinyl of the same re-issue had a printed inner sleeve and was released at the same time by the same company. The cd from the same issue also has the page 3 girl (with black strip over boobs) inner printed page.I find it very strange that the vinyl release doesn't have it.
