and overall, it probably does go to Pink Floyd. i cant think of another band that deserve it more.

i mean, Led Zeppelin, fuckin amazing. theyd get the award if it wasnt for the last few albums they made, which were, in a word, shite. they lost the plot completely.

guns n roses? not a fuckin chance. there my favourite band, but theres a difference between personal favourite and best band ever. they really only made 3 real albums. lies, half of its live. really cant be classed as a proper album. spaghetti incident, thats covers, so thats out the window. live era, thats the same songs, but live. a band that only has 3 proper albums to its name really cant be called the best band ever.

the rolling stones? fuck off.

the beatles? thats the only other band that can really contend with pink floyd in my book.
