well not every Metallica song is exactly the greatest...for example: almost everything from the albums Metallica(self-titled), Load, Re-Load, and St. Anger...the last few albums have been some real pieces of shit.....thats what i like to call 'lowering your standards'....I chose not to listens to those albums because i like to pretend that they were never made......but anyhting before those albums is awesome stuff.

too hard, but i would pick beatles just by a tiny bit. Like they are better by the tinniest of margins... rolling stones still rock my world, but beatles have got more classic tracks =)
