Aerosmith has been my favourite band since i was 14 (now i'm 22).

but about 3 years ago i discovered pearl jam's ten and i fell in love with it. After it i got vs, vitalogy, yield,... and today i own their hole discography. And i like them better everyday. I think their music and Ed's lyrics are just AMAZING. And the bootlegs that are around the web are just so coooool!

So it's a though one (great poll by the way! ), even though Aero is still my fav band.

these album are pretty different (no so much) but they were both released in the late 70's and they are both some of the best albums of rock n' roll history.

i cant believe in a topic of American bands of rock n roll only 1 person mentioned Aerosmith who are easily the most influential and best rock n roll band from America they heavily inspired Guns n Roses and ac/dc and van halen and metallica all who have said they were influnced by aero even poppier bands like r.e.m and bon jovi have said Aerosmith were major influence on them ive never really heard any major band credit guns n roses sure there has been bands who said they influenced them but no1 really all that good and yes just push play was horrible and so was dont wanna miss a thing but Aerosmith deserve alot more credit than they get Steven tyler and Joe perry still sound and look so fucking cool

unlike rolling stones and led zeppelin although i love both bands Aerosmith still play well on albums and tours

I would agree that you should go in order but personally my favorite album next to Ten is Vitalogy. It rocks! If anyone reading this doesn't have it then get it...NOW! You won't be dissappointed.

Vitalogy is my favorite PJ record. Then Yield & No Code. Then Vs & Ten.

There are songs on Binaural and Riot Act that I love, but I can't get into the records as a whole.

But they are still the best live band on the planet.
