well I think it was definitley the charges and him changing his appearance and because of that, it is no longer cool to like Michael Jackson.
I like him though, I think he is a great singer and entertainer, I do beleive he is innocent, I mean he went through court and they found him innocent, not to mention they found the family that accused him lying and the mother was a fraud aswell and was charged over it.
I do think he will make a big comeback and he will tour.It's Michael Jackson and no matter what people can't help but watch him. I went to his concert in 1996 when he came here and it was great.
His new album is coming out at the end of the year or early next year, but according to his spokesperson she said that the album is near completed. I will definitley buy it when it comes out.

I don't think he is total saint, I mean he is human and of course he is not perfect. I just don't beleive in those allegations. The trial took 2 years and they found him innocent, they even found the accuser lying in court and they were not getting their story straight.
they found him innocent the first time too huh, thats why they paid the kid to shut his mouth. if i was that famous, with that much money and innocent to boot, i'd wanna see the case through rather than an out of court settlement which amounts to buying the kid off. can i ask you something, you seem to see the medias projection of jacko as a pervert as bullshit right, did you ever consider that the defamation of the second kid is a part of the same hypocrisy, the kind of defamation and slander that Jacko could buy as easy as his breakfast grapefruit.
They were both after money, the first accuser definitley got what he was after. The father is heard saying if I go through with this I win big time, there is no way I will lose. Even before that he asked Michael for money and Michael said no.
The second family Michael helped finacially with medical bills for their kid and stuff like that, but they wanted more and when Michael stopped helping them financially ,that's when the allegations broke out, and this family was also found lying in court. The mother said she was hold hostage by Michael at neverland and then the same day she got her hair done.
Also with wine they couldn't get their story straight when they said Michael gave them wine, first it was white then it was red. Their story did not add up, it changed many times and nothing they found prooved Michael to those charges.
The family is known liars who put Michael through hell for years and almost cost him his life.

OK, the second one granted, you've sort of given reasons there but the first one sounds like you just bluffing yourself.yes he paid them , that's what they wanted, before the allegations broke out the father asked for money and Michael said no and then he came out with the allegations against Michael. Michael did not want to go to trial he gave the person what he wanted, and it was like he is the money, you got what you want, leave me alone.
But let me ask you this, if you had a child who was being molested, would you accept money just like that, as a mother and that happened to my child, there is no way I would accept money. I would want to see the man behind bars or dead , but they just accepted the money.
The second family wanted money aswell, they asked for a pay off, but it ended up in a trial cos Michael had to go and he wanted to aswell like he said 'Lies run sprints, but the truth runs marathons. The truth will win this marathon in court.' and guess what Michael won, as I said the accusers story didn't add up, they were found lying in the court room and there was no evidence.

His music just lost all it's soul, he wouldn't make a record putting the flamboyance and passion found in Thriller and Bad during the late 90's, he would just sing, his music just became slovish, uninspired and boring.I agree about the soul thing in his last album invincible. I think it;s just too computerized. I hope with his next album he just goes back to basics.

Think about if you made a mistake and it went world wide. Michael is human, but comparing him to Hitler is wrong.
i was more challenging the notion that you have to know someone to judge them or did you think i was saying MJ was responsible for the holocaust? try not to be so literal.

yeah and im calling MJ pretencious based on fatual evidence too. and in answer to your question of what i would do if my life was under such scrutiny in the public well i'd do one of two things. 1) be low key and not so ostentacious 2) be ostentacious but develop a thick skin and learn to understand that if i act weird, people are gonna notice and point it out, that is the nature of fame and celebrity, what i wouldnt do is do is go around pissing and moaning interviews criticising the media when they take pictures of me dangling little children from hotel windows and walking around with a surgeons mask on my face to hide my Ken Doll nose. these things are factual too, someone so obssessed with their appearance can again not be deemed as down to earth. its vanity its the mirror opposite of being down to earth.
the thing is how can you even compare your life to Michaels, none of us would have any idea unless someone here had a similiar life to him, come on now. And about the baby dangling, yeah sure it was a mistake, I myself will admit as a mother that I made some mistakes through being a parent but would I want to be ridiculed by it for the rest of my life, of course not, I knew I made a mistake and I moved on for the better. I'm sure other parents are the same. Even Michael as a parent himself. I'm not perfect and either is Michael.
And about Michaels appearance. It has nothing to do with his personality and how he interacts towards his fans and who he meets.

well I know for a fact that his attitude is down the earth, more so than people think, sure he is not the every day kinda person but if you think about his life and being one of the most famous people on this earth well that's to be expected. And it's not like he can go out and do everyday things like you and me without getting photographed or video taped every second.
For most who have met him say he is really nice. When he was on trial he invited his fans to his ranch and mingled in with them and they said that Michael was very welcoming and easy going.

Definition of down to earth: Not pretentious or affected; straightforward. Not overly ornate; simple in style. Realistic; sensible.
The point is - he didnt just name his "child" Prince Michael - he named the first one that, the second one that AS WELL adding "the 2nd" on the end.

well I don't think he is effected, he was brought up different than most people which considering his upbringing being a singer infront of millions of people from the age of 5 and not having a childhood well that's to be expected, but he still did remain very loyal, very humble etc and I think he is realistic and straight forward aswell.
And as I said before in my previous post I don't think his youngest son is named Prince Michael the 2nd. I just think he said that name to make the press happy at the time. But who knows, either way I'm sure Michael is raising him fine regardless of what his name is

Is that with Beat it, the dancers in Beat it are not professional dancers at all, they are actually people from the streets from real gangs at the time, Michael asked them to be in the video and he was surprised that all they wanted was for people to give them some attention and respect so he gave that to them. He also said that he gave them tickets each to the victory concert.

I like Nine Inch Nails, although there music was better in the olden days, pretty hate machine and downward spiral.
I do think Trent is a great song writer/artist, but he did lose some of his ability to write good music when he got of the drugs.
