I knew AB fans would be pissed off

IMO the new AB Album/Tour will be as long as the last one !

Im psyched for another Conspirators record, but do they really need another huge world tour in 2016/2017? They have already gone everywhere several times. I wouldn't mind a break from touring in 2016 so Alter Bridge can have the spot light.

Well, Slash will definitely be touring with Conspirators in 2016 / 2017 with some breaks in between to let Myles touring w/ AB a little bit.

Honestly, Slash is very excited about the new album !

First show in India yesterday. Setlist was the same. Starlight is back in the set and Double Talkin' juve was played after Wicked Stone.

Slash will play India tonight. The whole crew is very exited about it !

Why does Slash2baz keep saying things like 'no surprises' 'nothing special' ' a bit of a short setlist' etc ... what do you expect to happen at each show I wonder? A new song to be played each time?? Slash to transform into a robot???

Well, when you follow the guy you know the set by heart and you know that Slash used to change the setlist A LOT. Look at setlists in Japan, damn so many songs from WOF played with great switches from night to another (Battleground, Unholy...). I mean on this last part of the leg (it was the same in Europe) i think Slash just do minimal changes.

I mean he let Todd sung my Michelle only once, come on !

The guys played "Serial Killer" only once, come on !

Then, in the end it was the same old switch between Halo and Standing int the Sun.

I'm ok with this but honestly setlist can really be better !

IMO on this US/CANADA leg, Montreal had the best one

The extra Wah during the YCBM solo is probably because he doesn't use his BC Rich w/ Floyd Rose... so he tries to get the same effect with a Les Paul.

Conspirators put YCBM in the set because fans wanna hear it. That wasn't Myles' first choice so he does the job but can't obviously sing the song like Axl did.

Is that particular song can give you a bad taste of Conspirators gig ? I don't think so. You can't judge a show on one particular song IMO.

Regarding yesterday's gig in Hollywood, no particular surprises in the setlist (Switch: Halo/ Standing In The Sun)

Seriously, i love AB and Myles' work and i love goin' to AB shows. Hopefully the tour will last a little bit longer than the last one! "Fortress" is definitely one of my favorite album released in 2013.

About the COnspirators album, i'm quite sure the writing will be over in December !

Honestly, i won't complain if the new Slash album and the new AB album are released at the same time ! This means MORE music !
Conspirators recording is planned for early spring. Quite sure we'll get a single for the summer tour and probably the album for Xmas.
AB won't tour long i assume, Slash will grab Myles again and tour the world in 2017 !

Oh and i've learnt that Myles' solo record is finished BUT the guy still doesn't know when it will be released...c'mon Myles !

negative. that's just writing. they still need to go into the studio and unless they go straight into the studio right after they come back from tour (the end of November, I think), the first part of 2016 is out. Myles will be in the studio with Alter Bridge recording their 5th album in the first part of 2016. Mark Tremonti is saying that the next album from his band, Tremonti, will be out in March, so it sounds like he's saying that AB's recording will be done around or by then. seems like March would be the earliest that SMK&C could go in to record. also, I can't see the SMK&C album coming out before or anywhere near AB's album. AB is talking about a fall tour next year, so I'm thinking their album will be out around Sept/Oct (which is about normal for them). I would then think that SMK&C would be early 2017 at the earliest.

The new Conspirators album will definitely be out in 2016. The band should tour next summer !
