  1. What a title!

saw Prodigy warm up for Axl at Leeds Festival, amazing show.

    Nightrain was unbelievable that night.

But almost forgot how good Prodigy were that night. Awesome.

I can see Prodigy having influence on Axl music.

    Sort of funky NIN.

    Anyone else got this record?

    SpitFire is amazing.

    Hotride is cool as well.

    ha i was there too!!!

Im gonna pick up the album tommorow, cant wait to listen to it.

Ha! I was there three!! Just...

Princess was beaten up by their fans while I lay dying in our tent...

  2. i saw them when they toured with status quo a couple of years ago.

they were excellent live, i had never heard of them until then. They hadnt even been signed.

I think the singer quit shortly before they got signed, im not sure if theyve been fully signed yet or if the singer has rejoined them.

They played Rock N Roll by led zeppelin at some point in their gig, which was class. On their last song the two guitarists got down off stage and walked around the seated area sections.

Great little band, definatly one worth checking out.

They were played on Karrang thismorning. I can see potential...

I think it's only us who have seen them! :drevil:

  3. "...Hurricane Party gave a rock-tacular performance ... Scarves! Poodle perms! Think The Darkness but more Whitesnake than Queen...."

    Kerrang!

" Hurricane Party, a band straight from L.A circa 1984, trapped in the bodies of 20 year old British kids. They rock like a bastard and will brighten up the 2004 gig circuit with rotating drumkits and exploding codpieces, we hope." playlouder.com!

'Heavy Riffs, guitar solos in unison, lyrical melodies, and relentlessly energetic drumming fused together with an abundance of tight trousers, hair bleach and eyeliner - Hurricane Party have a seriously hardcore fan base who can rock out like the best of them!'

    Blastwave

Could these young rockers be the next big thing?

The lead singer reminds me of a young Steven Tyler!

I'm not usually a fan of british bands, i'm more of a sucker for most American rock, but this mob caught my eye... What do you think?

    Hurricane Party

  4. Hanoi Rocks are cool. I think "12 shots on the rocks" is good. I've also got their "best of..." which is also great.

"12 Shots" is the only album I have of theirs and I thought it was good. But it doesnt have staying power if you know what I mean?

  5. I have American Idiot.... its unreal.... They did well to redeem themselves from "Warning" which i didnt really like at all... So yeah... Dont have the others though.

American Idiot is pretty good, best since Dookie!

    Anyway, how's the knee?

  6. HIM are good. Unfortunately one of my CD's I left on the plane was the Greatest hits! Some of their songs are VERY good but I havn't had the chance to try and get into an album. Maybe someday.

  7. I have an old tape of "Diesel & Dust" the album with "Beds are Burning" on it somewhere! The first time I heard them was on holiday in Tunisia, I think I was about 10 or something, they were great!

  8. Yeah, I heard another of their covers the other day... damn! I cant remember the name, someone help?

WORD UP! that's it! It's very similar to Mel B's (Scary spice) cover. I was shocked when I saw it was them.
