My ass is stuck working to make some money or I'd be in NY. I have been listening to the leaks all day long and have been keeping my eyes on the boards just to see how things are progressing.

I still think there was a reason as to why Axl was at the Sopranos premiere. A couple of the people from the NBC Today show was at the premiere, and in the past weeks episode you could hear the Today Show playing in one of the scenes. I watch each episode at least twice. The first time I watch it for the show and the 2nd time I watch it to skim the background for any surprises guests. Now as for why Robin Quivers (howard stern show) and Maury Provich and Connie Chung where there I dont know. But for me I still think Uncle Axl will be in a episode or a Guns song will be used in one of the episodes.

Maybe it was just internet spam and they mean tomorrow a new break through for penis enlargment or maybe a new way to date chicks online. You know the spam mail that we all get!!!!

If we don't enforce the rules, it makes the UN pointless and your country vulnerable to outside attack. If you're anywhere in Europe, you should certainly understand that. Here's why I think these leaks have to be from someone inside or closely connected to the GN'R camp:

(not really in order... just the facts)

a. Mike Piazza was given a copy of new GN'R material - we believed there were 3 songs on it (IRS, and now we believe at least one of those songs on that cd to have been called "Better")...

b. Eddie Trunk played IRS on the radio- a cease and desist order was issued after this and the CD with new GN'R material was then given BACK to official hands...

c. someone claims to have had 3 songs, one of them being IRS... then "Better" (which we know is authentic GN'R material because Axl named it in the RS interview) and supposedly TWAT is up and coming..

let's assume for a minute then when the CD was in the hands of Piazza or Trunk, neither of them burned additional copies... SO...

the question now becomes: how would anyone obtain a copy of this cd? AND... Are the songs we have heard recently even FROM that Eddie Trunk cd with three songs?? Futhermore, why would a person who supposedly came across these tracks (IF assuming they were the on the eddie trunk cd) in November of 04 hold his tongue until NOW? Perhaps if this person is an insider, they were told to wait ... OR... this person- wes- whoever he/they/she/others may be- IS in fact a member of GN'R family................................

Yeah the same thing has been going on in my head. Why would it be allowed to post the links to the leaks? I just have a gut feeling that there is some kind of connection with the leaks and the GNR camp. As I have said earlier tonight what better way to hype up the fans than throw us some demos.

God I have listened to the leaks a million times now, can you imagine what the rest of CD is gonna sound like!! We like Better but just think what Maddy or the Blues will sound like. God I have to get some sleep I have a feeling Thursday is going to be nuts! rock2

No matter what was thrown at me I'm gonna sit and say I love it because I support everything Axl and Guns N Roses does. Musically thought both new leaks are amazing!!! Great sound with both of them.

I was curious to see how far the word has spread over the net and within a few hours. A Howard Stern message board had some postings of it, and also a Xbox message board had some mentions, also a couple other message boards. What this is proving is no matter how long Axl has been away there is still a hunger for Guns N Roses music.

wow. kinda funny that this cd has existed since 2004, and we NEVER heard the name of this song mentioned until Axl himself told Rolling Stone a month ago. I guess the right people CAN keep some secrets afterall. (for a while anyway)

It is kinda weird that only a month after the title "Better" was announced it leaks. Maybe there's more to this. Marketing much? We'll find out soon enough.

You know the more I try to think into it what better way to market this to us fans is spread it over the message boards. You know every Guns N Roses fan are going to be loggin into sites to just catch a glimpse of what CD has to offer. Guys we are on the verge of Chinese Democracy.

A radio station in the US can get into serious trouble if they play this song and not have the license to play it. ASCAP BMI and etc. I could guess it could be a hefty fine and maybe a violation of FCC law.
